So, my university has a three-day-long annual event called Carnival. One of the Carnival activities I'm invested in is Booth, in which certain campus organizations spends months making the pieces of a 16ft x 16ft house from scratch, and then move the parts onto the event site, assemble it, do electrical work, and finish painting in the span of five days, three of which are still class days.

...Needless to say, the people who do Booth are dedicated, occasionally to the point of literal insanity.

Anyways, what amused me about this particular Trisphee event is the abundance of tentacles. Why does this amuse me?

...Well, my organization's Booth theme just happens to be Octodad this year.

I'll post pictures once I get...better pictures, and after I get out of this icky mental depression slump.

Yeah, the minigame that we did for our Booth is, orange pool noodles with handles in them, and having people attempt to sweep up (using a broom) litter into a goal while wearing the noodly appendages.

Sounds like that would fun, my college really doesn't do anything like that. As far as I know, the campus hasn't hosted much event wise for students.. through we did get a trip to France.

And I think after running that booth, you'll want to see less tentacles.

Lots of colleges do fun events you just have to know where to look. My old college held a Comic book Convention last weekend.
