Is tagging legal anywhere? I know Carnegie actually has a fence that you can tag, but you gotta do it at night and use only paintbrushes and cover the entire fence.

I'm not sure...,,it might be in some areas. If it is it likely has to be more "mural-esque." Might only be "legal-ish".........

I know at NC state there is a tunnel where you can legally spray paint on campus.

Well I would, but the third item is only almost done being recolored and then I have to make previews for it. So...that might take another 30-45 mins which will be really close to release time anyway.
