Welcome aboard. There's a newbie adoption thread and a help guide that are pretty useful, but many of the members are really friendly about answering questions
i'm new myself but you can ask me any questions, i can answer or point you in the right direction

one more thing though, and a lot of people ask this, if you go to your invantory but /don't/ hit the edit you can sell things
