I went on opening night at midnight, dressed in costume as a Ravenclaw student.
It's an awesome film. Funny in parts, sad in parts, scary in parts. All the things a good film should be. [: Also, I'm moving this to Movie Discussion.

I went at midnight, but I unfortunately didn't have any costume or money to buy a costume, so I didn't dress up. I sat by a group of guys dressed as Draco, another Slytherin, and Voldemort. We also had a Dumbledore, a Mrs. Norris, a Rita Skeeter, and of course plenty of Harry, Ron, and Herminone.
I sat in the third row so I noticed that the camera was very shaky in some parts, and it really did not sit well with me. some of it looked purposeful, like in the running scene (which I definitely did not like, it hurt my head way too much) but there were some where the camera really should have been a lot more stable. aside from the technical aspects, I did love the movie. more than I liked that book, in fact. I really enjoyed the animation for the tale of the three brothers. I appreciated the masterful use of awkward pauses. I cried at the beginning when Hermione erased her parents' memories, and at the end when Dobby died. I thought it would have been cooler to end with Dobby's funeral and start the next movie with Voldemort taking the elder wand, but I suppose that makes it more of a cliffhanger for people who haven't read the book. I like the second half of the book better than the first, so I'm really excited for the next movie. C: This signature intentionally left blank.

I saw it on Saturday and I loved it.
So far it's my favourite of all seven movies. It was so close to the book, I really loved how little was left out. And I agree, the tale of the three brothers was aninmated really nicely. One of my favourite parts of the whole movie.

I didn't read the book, so I don't have that to compare it to, though I know the story almost as well as if I had...
I went and saw it twice, actually! The acting was great as always... I wish Draco had been in it more, but that's just the story I guess.

My favorite part was the part where they told the story with the three brothers. That was also the only part that my parents (who haven't read the book yet) understood.

It was honestly my favorite movie out of the whole movie series.
