Welcome to Tris! I see you've already found the Crane Game and the free items in the shops. Other than that, not really much in the way of tips I can offer except to find somewhere you can post and be comfortable with doing so. If you have any questions though, feel free to ask!

Do those come from the achievements or...?

there are two sorts of titles, those you earn through post-count and custom ones you request here; http://trisphee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=861 just remember, if you get a custom one you cannot go back to a post-count based title, it won't change anymore

Like Choco said....The titles are there for how much you post. They change with your activity as well but you can request to change your title to something that you wish for. Though when you do change it the title will stay that way until you personally change it again lol. Well anyways you can change your title here.
