My cat keeps doing ridiculously cute things. I'm home temporarily, visiting from uni, so I've been cat-deprived. Now I'm here and it's a bunch of asldajdslfjasdfl because my cat is adorable.

My experiences for the past twenty hours or so.

I can't handle all the cute. I need to steal her and take her back with me so I can have her to distract me from schoolwork when the semester starts.

My younger sister's about to start school, so I bet some of you are going back, too. Excited? Nervous?

I love cats! I don't have any pets of my own, but apparently one of my housemates is getting a pet husky. ^^ There are a lot of huskies where I live; my younger sister also has one (Bianca). Also, my school's mascot is a husky! xD

I am looking forward to fall. Most of my excitement is for my friends to come back, and for the frequent game nights. I am a little worried how it will turn out now that we all have moved into houses and apartments off-campus, but I hope we will be able to meet at least once a week. Academics-wise, I am both excited and nervous to take my first education courses. I am nervous because I am worried that I won't like teaching after all and will have to change my concentration and go on to become a sad, number-crunching statistician. D: I'm also worried about my education minor. I was originally signed up for computer science, but I hated (also failed) the application-oriented classes, so I've switched to biology. The material will be easy enough; what I'm worried about is the three-hour labs that come along with every one of the six courses I'm required to take. I hate lab sciences... ugh. But my only other choices for teaching minors are ones I am sure I wouldn't enjoy, so it's either this or back to CS.

-giggles- I have a TON of cats, and kittens, because we kind of adopted this one stray, and she's had almost.. four litters? Anyway, her babies had babies, and we ended up taking in two of them because the mother who gave birth to them thought they weren't worth her attention, and ended up raising them. Their names are Grimm [mine] and Tinker [was supposed to be my moms, but ended up mine xD] and they do things like that ALL the time.

The cutest thing in my life right now? I actually.. don't have any clue. I guess I could say its a very important person, but uh... haha.


And summer.. summers been really slow for me. I've practically done nothing but what I usually do all year round, save for lots and lots of spending time at the pool with my mom. I WAS pale before this summer, and now I'm fricken tan, and it makes me sad. xDD;

Batty: For the first time ever, I have a darker tan than my sister. This has been the only summer I've stayed outside for over an hour every day; all my other summers were spent primarily inside. My favorite tan lines are the ones on my ankles from the high tops I always wear. I don't hate it, but I sort of miss being so white you could see all my superficial veins. xD Ah well, winter should fix that.

And he's doing all sorts of cute stuff... And

Currently, she's laying with her back paws tucked up to her chest, her front paws stretching down toward her tail, and the tail in question curled into a loop in front of her. She's like a giant kitten. I'm dying.

❀ Rigel- He bites my arm really hard. Like
chomps down on it at times and tries to eat my
bracelet and then tries to eat my arm at times. He's
already ruined my skull candy and has tried to
ruin another pair of headphones I had to buy to

My grandma gave me her cockatiel around the beginning of June. I've been working with him to get him used to people, since she bought him from the pet store when he was very young and never took the time to play with him. He's still skiddish, but he will take treats from my finger now. I taught him a new whistle and he does it all the time. He makes the cutest little noises sometimes and I love it :)
