"Yes, it my favorite thing, along with what my mother loved." as he smiled some. "It helps me relax more then things like coffee or sweets." as he finished off tea, reaching in his coat pocket he placed a tip on the table as he gathered up his bag putting the book away. "Shall we head off now?"

Nodding, Tanner said, "Yes. Lead the way..Nikko." He really wanted to say Mr. Gallarado. Maybe it was the fact of how his last name sounded on his tongue. It was interesting.

Heading out of the shop, the light brown haired male walked down the side walk turned the corner as he headed up the street. Sling the messenger bag over his shoulder. "It shouldn't be to long of a walk from here really." as he pointed up the street to show a road going up a hill to the small villa a head.

Tanner followed along beside him, looking up to where Nikko had pointed. He was right, it wasn't that far. "So, why come here for the winter, if you don't mind me asking?" Tanner asked, realizing he had left almost all of his stuff at the apartment in his hurry to get away. I'll go back tomorrow to get it, he decided.

"My job needs me for most of the summer, that is when things slow down I come here stay here for the winter with my two sons. But once summer starts we leave head back home." as he walked on his tail swaying some as he was thinking a little more, but with a bit of excitement.

A frown settled itself on the teen's mouth when Nikko said about him and his family going home when summer began. "I'm sure your boy's love spending time with you..don't they?" He smiled, covering the frown.

"They are teens, at the point in one's lives they don't wanna be around but do. But they spend more time together while I am way away most of time." he looked headed his voice becoming quiet. "They are used to it now, but they can tend to them selves." as he looked around crossed the road to making his way to the dirt path that lead to his home.

"O-Oh.." Tanner caught up to the man as he turned to walk down a dirt path. He was at a loss for words on what to say. Feeling that he was prying to much.

Heading up the dirt path, walking along with Tanner. The wolf looked over some to the teen. "And you? Anything you would like to share?" he asked him. As his ears twitched a little at the sounds around them. He looked the house to see some sort of movement he was not familiar with.

"What would you like to know?" He rubbed his hands together. Trying not to smile at how the Nikko's ears twitched upon the top of his head, like a radar.

Hold his arm out in front of the teen, as his eyes narrowed some at the sight. Yes his two children knew how to fend for them selves it was something he taught them in case they where ever in trouble. A glow growl left his throat, the smell was something he couldn't recognize at all as well. "Stay be hind me..." he told Tanner.

Eyes widening, Tanner did as he was told and slid behind Nikko. He had to admit that the growl had frightened him a little. It was the curiosity of what the man was growling at that scared him more though, "What is it?" He asked quietly.

"There is someone here and I don't know them. The scent is not of anyone I know." as he narrowed his eyes as bit of change was taking place his nails grew out as he became a little more wolf like in some ways. Quickly taking off running to who ever was near his home,

"N-Nikko, wait!" Tanner called after him, raising a hand as if to try and bring him back. His grey eyes looked at his surroundings for a moment and then he wrapped his arms around himself, wishing he'd brought a thicker hoodie. Hesitantly he made his way after Nikko.

The person who was lurking about with in area heard the owner coming and quickly took off. Nikko on the other hand gave chase following the stranger into the woods leaving behind his coat and bag as he felt it was slowing him down. With a thud the book bag and jacket hit the ground.

Picking up the bag and Jacket, Tanner held them. The coat felt warm on his arm, the urge to hug it to him and push away the cold was strong, but he didn't. The bag he slipped on his shoulder. Who had been lurking around Nikko's home and why?
