This is the song/video on that album that really got to me. I'm sure there are also many others who can relate to it.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7ry4cx6HfY&ob=av2e

I couldn't even get past one min in the video
without wanting to cry. That is too sad. Beautiful
song and video so far though. I am so getting the
album when I get more money. Thanks for sharing that.
I will try to listen to the whole thing when I can
handle something sad hehe.

it's weird how that song gets to me though, it has sort of turned into a feel good song for me. a have a feel good playlist which is entirely emotional music. makes me remember that while things may be bad, other people are feeling the same or worse. I'm not alone in my situation.

That's a good playlist to have.
I always listened to angry music when I was upset.
So things like that always helped me. Sometimes sad
songs help too.

i chose music to suit the emotions i may be feeling, so angry music tends to go with angry moods >_< though sometimes the energy behind angry music can also get me going and out of a sad time.

I mostly listen to dance type music to
dance to for my exercising so listening to other kinds
doesn't happen that often but lately angry music is what
I should be listening to. God things are hell for me. I
plan on buying liquor when I can afford it and start
drinking more than normal I'm even starting to smoke ; ;
to help with the stress in the house. Two things I never
did before. So I should start listening to that music
now lol.

What would you consider angry music? like, which genres?

I'm sorry to hear that things are bad for you, but drinking and smoking don't seem like a great way to escape D:

No they don't ; ;

Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, bands like them. Where they seem
to yell alot in their songs. I also include Within Temptation.

generally heavier and more screamy than the bands you listed. also the lead singer is actually a 5'4 woman o-o she has one of the best screams ever.

There are a fair few female metal vocalists out there, you just have to know where to look :P

Vocalist of fujifabric and vocalist of kagrra, kind of surprised me, because I was late on finding out on both accounts. I actually really liked some of fujifabric's songs...

We're all mad here.
I think I understand your position on celebrity deaths, Ducky. They don't really mean much extra to me either, beyond the fact that a person has died. I suppose Heath Ledger's got to be a bit, mostly because he was so young. I've never really had occasion to witness a death of someone I really admired, they tend to be already dead to begin with, so it might change things if that were to happen.

And just to weigh in on female vocalists, though I hardly know any of their songs, I like the sisters in "Heart." ;). They were apparently front runners for women in rock and roll.
