He is! XD His belly doesn't have much fur on it, though, so it's all pink. He doesn't like having his tummy touched.

No, he just doesn't like it. Most cats don't, actually. It's just funny with his since his is almost bald... and pink. XD

Sounds like how my pitt's was. Tobi's tummy was pink as well, but he enjoyed his belly being rubbed. XD

My dogs love having their tummies rubbed. One of my min-pins will roll over on the bed just so I'll tickle her tummy and roll her around.
