I'm looking for any home remedies for the symptoms of stomach flu.
I can't take painkillers so the cramps are really getting me down and no other over the counter medications seem to be helping. Any ideas guys?

I remember when I had it that Gatorade seemed to help. Drink lots of fluids!

I remember using a heating pad, which helped some, spent around half of the day laying on it though...

Eat tea! Jasmine tea or tea that you can chew up those little pieces of whatever it is. Just eat it and then drink water. CHEW IT UP HONEY! :)

I eat bread and drink fluids with lots of vitamins

and for cramps I eat dairy products like ice cream, milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.

ginger tea... my BF keeps pestering me to have ginger... which a little bit in tea and some other foods help like a pinch or two
might help you

it is good for an upset stomach among other things is good for lots of stuff

Hot tea always seems to work for me. That and drinking up lots of water and plenty of rest.
