Default Yoga anyone?   #1
So I've been feeling run down lately and decided to look into yoga. I haven't done yoga before and hear it can be kinda painful per say till you get use to it.

Does anyone have any tips for a newbie?

This place I found is near by and has so really cheap rates so its going to be easier for me to keep it going unlike a gym membership.

Thanks so much littl3chocobo

      • yoga's fun c:
        but seriously stretch before
it helps a lot to relax your muscles

but normally after yoga it feels really good!

Magic
my sister is taking a class on it, she is having a lot of fun but the teacher she has does a kind of mixed teaching that is not as hard as yoga because she was hurt
I think it is a combination of pilates and yoga
but yeah as others said above ask the teacher and if you take it, just don't over stress your body if you know you can't do a move yet
then don't try to do something you can't yet, and be careful
I had a friend trying to show me how to do some and she showed me wrong, I ended up twisting my ankle...
wishes you better luck than mine

I tried yoga once. But then my body was sore for a three weeks. I think thats because I wasn't doing it right lol. But good luck with your yoga I'm sure you'll do fine. =)
