If I were to donate 20$, would I receive 20 Pandora's Boxes on the 30st?

If you donated ten on this account and ten on a mule then yes. You would get twenty.

Each account can only get 10 boxes at most, so you will only get 10 boxes even if you donate $20.

However, you can create a mule and donate 10 dollars on that account and then 10 on your main in order to get 20 boxes.
