Probably. And flavors if you want to go nuts.

That one is supposed to be more for the minimal carb but providing enough calories with fat for the Keto people and similar.

Yeah, one should do a lot of research before even trying it. Like, lots. But one thing, a lot of the weight loss in the beginning is water weight because of the way carbs make you retain water. But supposedly, eating higher fat might make you less hungry and consume fewer calories.

They've already had enough close calls when it wasn't raining, with falling branches.

My grandfather's house was hit by lightning. And a drunk driver. Long ago.
