Default Unexpected Commercials o.o   #1
I was watching tv earlier today and a commercial came up.

A guy was sitting on the couch watching tv and on the tv you see different clips of disasters, people dying, violence, etc. Then above the tv it says "Tired of the negative" and then the next line that appears says "Do something about it." After that the guy gets up and leaves the room. The next line that appears says "Go to Church." And I was like wait...what?!?! I really wasn't expecting it to say that, the first thing I thought was that the ad was talking about volunteering or maybe something related to politics even. I didn't even think about it relating to church but at the end of the commercial, it had a link to the church's website.

Have you guys seen any commercials or anything related that ended up being sponsored by something you didn't expect?

That seems unexpected .-.

Also, I have seen one that are all girls in bikini hanging out on the beach, so, of course, I thought is was of some sort of body lotion or a vacation place... turns out it was the commercial of a show about detectives. >_<

I adore the Mayhem commercials from Allstate. I didn't expect it to be an insurance commercial at first, and some of the people I know still don't get it. All the different versions of Mayhem. They're fun.
I am a female. Therefore please use 'she'.

That was an amaaaaaaazing commercial, but it has nothing to do with Pantene, unless maybe the company was specifically trying to put a message for people to be unique or something.

Well the quote was Let it shine so I think that she still shined through even though she's deaf and been put down by another girl.

Rebooting....
I saw one the other day where some people were walking out of a movie theater or something, and suddenly one of the people collapses. The other person calls an ambulance and two male EMTs respond to the call. They check the person who collapsed and decide she needs CPR, so they both go to put their hands on her chest at the same time and their hands touch. They slowly look up at each other and then lean over the woman's body and start passionately making out. It turns out to be a commercial for a gay dating site.
