Nanka! You're the second familiar person I've found on here. lol
Sex parts in books don't really bother me, unless they're strange. Like a line I read in 50 Shades of Gray... That will be the only line I ever read of that book. lol

I dont skip sexy parts. I'll read it and carry on as normal but they have to be at least decently written to hold my intrest. Its the one reason why I've never touched fifty shades of gray. I read one paragrath and went nope not for me. Way to poorly written.

I read them like any other part of the book, but if I'm honest anything sexual or romantic really bores me in books.

I don't think "sexy parts" are a big deal, provided they're kept in proportion and in context. I mean, if a book is about a couple in a BDSM relationship, then I expect some pretty heavy sexy parts, but if it's about say a mystery-solving nun well then sexy parts would be pretty out of place.
Whether I read them or not generally depends on how well they're written, and whether they're actually important to the plot or not. I think there are too many writers who shove sex scenes into stories that don't really need them, just to get the word count up. The Trisphite formerly known as Apagracia
