She just usually says to send a COD, even when she's not online. XD; I've been doing that with my Crystals. I've gotten a bunch of Runes from her for them.

10 Runes for each 50 Crystals.
10 Runes for 20 Queen's Jewels.
And if you have some Pearls left over, she'll give you Runes for those too.

You only get some in the Games Forum, yeah. xD; I used to post a lot in the Avatar based threads when they were still in the Fashion Forum. I was sad to see them lumped into the Games Forum. >>;
