Yep. Seems that the ones who don't deserve it get promoted and those who really do don't get it. There are exceptions to that though, that's for sure.

i did not say their karma was work-only, there are parts of their lives you are not privy to and being a bitter baby really does not do anything but give you headaches and ulcers

Honestly people have the right to be upset when they pour everything into their job and are then told they are doing nothing. I understand where you come from zosa and I tend to shrug most things off but we are all human and we are creatures of emotion.so its kinda hard to tell people to not get mad at things they work hard at and work hard for.
