Default Raining Cats and Dogs [Mew and Blitz] -M-   #1
Marked mature for language, violence, and or sexual themes. Please don't read on if you are not prepared for this level of maturity.

Name: Stella Duval
Age: Nineteen
Gender: Female
Race: Werekitty
Appearance: X
Height: 5' 2"
Weight: 103 lbs
Personality: Stella is not a difficult sort of girl, she doesn't get upset over petty things, and is generally pretty reasonable. However, the femme is convinced that she is bad luck, being a black cat and all, not to mention the series of unfortunate events that came prior to meeting Terence. She has a tendency to worry and fret over silly things, and is also rather clumsy, strange for someone who is part cat. Stella isn't necessarily naive, but she has never been quick to distrust people despite not having had a great past.
Background: Stella was born a werekitty. Not so much of a curse, considering it's always been her way of life. The femme has always had a bit of cat in her. However, it isn't like she is forced to transform every full moon or anything of that sort, she can simply transform into a cat whenever she pleases. Her natural form is that of a human girl with cat ears and a cat tail, though she works constantly to suppress these features and keep them hidden away. However, it does take energy to do so, and so when she is passed out or anything of the sort, they would easily reveal themselves. Stella has had a history of bad relationships, whether it be because the men were abusive jerks, or just because once they found out the truth, each and every one of them fled never to be seen again, things never seemed to end for the better. However, since meeting Terence, things have been looking up. Still, how will things fare when she once again has to face what she is and open up to the one she cares for?

Local Weirdo
Name; Terence Shaw
Gender; Male
Age; 22
Race; Werewolf
Appearance; Height - 6'1" Weight - 185 lbs
Hairstyle is messy and disheveled with bangs that nearly come into his eyes. Close to this, not quite so long in the back. Has an ashy brown sort of color like this. He has dark gray-blue eyes and has slight bags/dark circles underneath them.
His features are hard and strong like his large body. Skin is tanned and he has a multitude of scars all over him from being in lots of fights.
The most prominent ones are one along the bottom of his jaw on the right side, one along his right forearm, and one on the left side of his upper back.
Personality; Despite his large and intimidating presence he is quite a softy. Especially when it comes to Stella. He can sometimes get overprotective of her and of pretty much anybody who is being harmed or harassed in any way. The main reason he gets into fights is from trying to protect someone else. He usually can be strong on his decisions but with Stella he can be pushed around quite easily and tries to spoil her often.
Background; Terence has been a werewolf for about 5 years and was turned when he saw someone being attacked and rushed in to help them. The person happened to be being attacked by a werewolf and in his attempt to rescue them Terence was attacked himself and was somehow able to get away. The next month when the moon was full again Terence changed and realized what had happened to him. He ran away from home at 17 years old and after a few years was able to integrate himself back into society without the fear of revealing himself. He was able to make friends and found ways to change every month without ruining the balance he had found. He soon met Stella and he was still able to keep his secret, but now they're moving in together and he'll have to be even more careful to hide his fearsome secret from her and to keep her safe from himself.

The day was finally here, she and Terence were moving in together and things were sure to get a lot more complicated all of a sudden. However, after having been together for so long, it was only natural to take it to this next level, even though she'd been subtly avoiding getting everything packed so promptly. Of course, it wasn't that she didn't want to live with him, no she loved this man and being around him was always a pleasure, but it was questionable whether she could keep her...more primal self fully in check all the time, and the last thing the femme wanted was to scare away her boyfriend. She'd never cared for any of the others before the way she did now for him.

This was it though, it was time to leap in headfirst and do her best, everything was already piled into Terence's living room, all of her boxes ready to be unpacked so that she might settle into this new life. Her own apartment was all too small, even for one tenant, so this is a step up actually, and she had always enjoyed sleeping more so than her own home in the first place.

Dressed in one of her usual, casual floral dresses, Stella hurried about all the boxes, wavy black hair thrown messily up into a messy bun as she often wore it. It seemed that her hair never behaved properly, always sticking up here or there, but she'd gotten used to that by now.

"I really don't think I can fit all of these clothes in your closet Terence." she called out, pawing through a box of summer ware. "It's fine if I have to throw out a few, I just don't want to clutter the bedroom is all." came a soft reassurance in following, emerald green eyes moving back toward where she'd assumed the male would be by now. Bent slightly over the box, she was sure her tail would be swaying back and forth had she not been suppressing it. Sometimes appearing as a normal human female was difficult, but she could bear it a bit longer if it was for his sake.

It had been a monumental day, the day Terence would be taking the next step in his first real relationship since being turned five years ago. Stella was an amazing girl who he had felt an instant connection with, and now she would be moving into his roomy apartment with him. He couldn't deny that the thought of having her there permanently made him nervous. First and most obviously, the fact that he was a werewolf would be even harder to hide with her living in the same space. But secondly, he was always nervous when it came to intimacy and there was bound to be even more of that now that this day had come. The thought made him blush slightly as he lifted the last box out of the bed of his truck.

As he carried the box up the flights of stairs to his own apartment his thoughts moved to the fact that there had been plenty of boxes to be moved. He hadn't realized how many things a girl could own.
Moving the weight of the box to his left arm he reached out with his right to turn the knob to his home and walked inside to find Stella searching through the multitude of boxes scattered around his living room. He set the final box down in an empty space and stood up straight, smiling down at his girlfriend.

"Don't worry about it Stella, I'm sure we can find space for everything without you needing to get rid of anything," he said with a chuckle. She always worried over unnecessary things and sometimes it could drive him a little crazy.
He walked over to her and knelt down next to her, reaching out to tuck a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
"We can always get rid of some of my clothes instead if they don't all fit," he mused. He knew he spoiled her rotten but he could never help himself. After all, she was more important to him than all the material things he could get himself.

It was good to see that this was the last of everything that had to be moved. Even Stella herself didn't think there would have been so many things crammed into that tiny place she used to live. Luckily though, they saved a lot of money on moving costs what with Terence's truck and strong build. He was quite the handy guy, a one man moving crew, though of course she'd taken the lighter boxes that she could handle carrying up all of those stairs.

"Hm...if you say so.." she gave in to his reassurance, only turning from the box when he knelt down at her side. With their height differences, it was appreciated for him to get somewhere near her level like this, and she couldn't help but give a sweet smile when he brushed back an unruly piece of hair. "You're too sweet to me Terrence." she warned playfully at his offer, pushing forward then to place a soft kiss upon his slightly rough cheek, giving a light, almost shy smile.

It seemed both of them had a tendency of getting a little embarrassed every now and again, and so they'd never gotten too intimate. For Stella, it was the fear of showing herself in the midst of the passion that kept her inching away from becoming that intimate, but it could be a hard temptation to resist sometimes, and things would only get more difficult now that they would be living in the same apartment.

"If you want, I could try to cook tonight." the femme proceeded to offer, leaning softly against him then, bending over to place her chin on his shoulder. She wasn't an overly good cook, but she had been working on it, trying to get good enough to make dinner for them both without it having to be ramen or something she could simply microwave.

"I mean, you did so much work carrying everything in after all, so maybe if I can make something good it would be like a reward?" Leaning back on her heels then, she smiled playfully, tilting her head to the side as she awaited his response with her usual feline curiosity shining through.

When she came closer to him and leaned against him he breathed in her scent heavily, sighing as her felt her warmth against him. This girl could always intoxicate him, and he always had to resist the urge to get more intimate with her, fearing that somehow his other side would show. Of course while the times that his werewolf side would start to show itself, such as in his senses and strength, only occurred as the full moon drew closer, he could still tell that while in the midst of... passionate activities, those attributes could sometimes appear even when the full moon was no where in sight. He didn't want to risk the wolf taking control during that time and possibly hurt Stella. Such a situation had actually happened once before, soon after he had run away from home and had found a woman to engage his mind with things other than thinking that he was a monster. It hadn't been all that close to a full moon but somehow his wolf side had clawed it's way into the front of his mind and had taken over, it's immense strength nearly killing the poor woman. After that, Terence had been very careful about such things, and while he didn't become abstinent he did make sure to take every precaution to stay in control of himself.

As Stella pulled away Terence brought his thoughts back to their conversation.
"I would love that actually, you know how much I love an actual cooked meal," he grinned. He was no where near a cook himself, and usually survived off of microwave dinners and take out. Stella had been somewhat the same way but recently had begun learning more about real cooking, and he happily devoured whatever she made him.

He leaned back onto his hands, the dark wood-flooring beneath them cool to the touch. He looked around the room and let a small sigh escape his lips. Getting everything unpacked would probably take all day.
It was better to just get it over with though, so Terence reached forward to slip his shoes off and set them in the shoe rack on the wall next to the front door.
"Might as well start unpacking, don't you think?" he asked Stella, pulling his arms up over his head to stretch them out.
He walked over to the nearest box and pulled the flaps open, revealing small knick-knacks wrapped in tissue paper to keep them from breaking.
Usually he didn't consider himself the type of man who cared about such things but now he could feel a slight frown on his face as he looked through the dainty, girly things that would soon be placed around his apartment. He had never faced this situation before, had never in his adult life been so far into a relationship for a girl to move in with him. His apartment had the typical male vibe about it, with no unnecessary decorations placed about on the shelves, tables, or walls.
It was the first step in becoming more serious though, and he knew it was part of the deal. When the girl moves in, you allow her to decorate and make herself feel at home. He could man up and take a little feminine touch though, it shouldn't be too difficult, and Stella would be worth it.

However, his frown deepened as he turned to a small box on the table and discovered a multitude of feminine hygiene and beauty products and he could tell this wouldn't be as easy as he thought it would be.

"Alright, I'm going to try my best tonight." she grinned brightly. "I think I'll try my hand at making chicken burritos. I just bought some really spicy stuff at the super market, so it should be yummy." Somehow, food shopping was always a lot of fun for the femme, and she liked to try and get different things every time. Each time she cooked, she would focus on a different style of cooking. She'd made pad thai, stew, dumplings, and it was due time for something with a Mexican flair.

"Ah yeah, I guess we should try to get it done before bed.." she glanced about at all the boxes, obviously far less distressed than the poor man whose mind was reeling as she scooped up the little box of toiletries and headed for the bathroom to put them away. Considerate though, she was sure to only put out the necessaries, her toothbrush, shampoo and such, keeping the rest in the box and slipping it into the bottom of his bathroom closet where she would have no problem getting to it when those sorts of things were needed.

Sauntering back to the livingroom, she leaned over to give his cheek a quick peck before floating toward her next box. "I'll put the clothes away now." the femme proclaimed while lifting the rather heavy box with a little grunt, hefting it up onto her knees before wrapping her arms about it in an attempt to shuffle it toward the bedroom, looking determined. After all, she would feel bad asking Terence to do nearly all the moving, and she was capable...right?

[Sorry it's so short. x.x;]

Terence couldn't help but feel a flood of relief when his girlfriend took the box of girl things away. They had been together for a good amount of time now but the thought of feminine... stuff still wasn't a very pleasant one, and he knew he would probably never be up for dealing with it completely.
When she came back and struggled to lift a box of clothes he just sighed, an amused smile on his lips.
"I've got that," he told her with a laugh as he took the box from her.

The rest of the day consisted of the two of them shuffling from room to room, moving Stella's things into the appropriate rooms and spaces. The sun was starting to go down when they finally finished, orange light pouring in through the windows.
"Ahhhhh, finally done," Terence sighed as he dropped onto the couch with a soft thump. Even he was tired from the day of constant lifting and walking around the apartment. He couldn't wait to finally sit down and eat, then immediately fall asleep afterward. And Stella would be right there next to him every night. The thought was wonderful, causing a contented smile to form on his face. Right now everything was good, no thoughts of his unfortunate past and what he was entering his mind.

[Haha it's fine, mine's pretty short too. xD]

It was quite the relief that Terence was so strong, as Stella was certainly not built for strength. The fem possessed the lithe body of a feline, agile and flexible by nature, but by no means a heavy lifter. Even when she did the sorts of exercise she was accustomed to, mostly running, no muscle bulked up her petite form.

In then end, it wasn't such a terrible ordeal, and they'd managed to get the whole thing done in just a few hours. Smiling to herself, Stella glanced about at the apartment that suddenly felt so much more homey. Luckily, it wasn't like the young woman had scattered pink frilly things all over the place, she herself had a more laid back style, and things seemed to meld together well enough. Of course she wasn't devoid of feminine possessions, but she had kept them in check so as to try and keep the apartment as neutral as possible save for a few little things here and there, not all so overpowering to the masculine atmosphere in the end.

"We did such a good job!" Clapping her hands together, the fem joined him on the couch, bouncing up onto the plush surface beside him with a sigh of contentment. "Oh, I'll go and make dinner now, since you did most of the hard work." Giving a playful smile, she was up onto her feet again and trotting off for the kitchen, as energetic as ever.

It wasn't so far into her cooking experiment that a high pitched yelp of pain echoed through the apartment followed by the clatter of metal and a successive whimper. Somewhere, in the midst of frying up the veggies and chicken for the burritos in the same pan, a bit of oil, scalding hot as it was, had burned the fem's hand. That, however, was only the beginning, because the feline's natural reaction had been to pull back, the sleeve of her sweater snagging on the handle of the pan and tugging it right off the stove as she jumped back.

In the end, unfortunate as she was, Stella could be found on the floor of the kitchen, burning hot veggies and scattered about the floor and on herself, cooking oil soaked up into her pj pants. Those innocent, emerald eyes were watering, as she bit back on her lip in pain, trying to compose herself enough to react and treat her burns. The poor thing still hadn't realized that the sudden shock wave of pain had been enough to pull her concentration away from suppressing her less....normal features. Two small, fuzzy black ears rested now atop her head, poking out from messy hair, and a slim matching tail poked out from the top of her pants.

[Sorry, couldn't help myself. xD]

As the sound of the pained scream filled the apartment Terence froze on his spot on the couch. In the next moment, however, he was practically leaping up to his feet and bounded towards the kitchen, getting there in just a couple of seconds.
"Stella! What happened?! Are you okay?!!" he yelled at the girl, who he could now see was laying on the ground, the sizzling frying pan steaming only a foot or so away from her. He thought he saw a glimpse of something furry on her when he ran around the corner but he quickly shook the thought off.

In another moment he was kneeling down next to her, picking the hot veggies off of her and taking a look at her skin where the food and oil had touched her. She was practically soaked in the burning liquid, and Terence looked up at her face, her watery, pain-filled eyes and felt a stab of pain himself. He hated seeing her in any kind of pain and he would do anything to keep that look out of her eyes.
In one swift motion, he gingerly picked her up into his arms and carried her out of the kitchen, making sure to click the stove off before he did so. Trying not to touch the skin that was reddened he took her back to the bedroom, wanting to take care of her burns before they got serious.
"We need to take care of your burns right away," he said in a serious, business-like voice as he set her down onto the large bed against the far wall of his room.

He leaned down close to her and rubbed his fingers under her eyes, wiping away the tears that were forming there.
"You've got to be more careful..." he sighed, the words sounding like a scolding but not meant with that intention. Kissing her forehead he told her quietly, "We need to get your clothes off sweetie, so that we can fix you up."
His voice was soft and calm, and he only ever used cutesy nicknames like "sweetie" in situations such as these.
Her pants were hit the most by the oil but he could see that there still was some soaked through her shirt.
And he slipped his fingers under the hem of her sweater, tugging it off and setting it to the side, quickly moving on to her pajama pants and slipping them off as carefully as he could.
He winced as he looked down at her bare skin, the usually pale flesh now a painful bright red. His next move was to get to the bathroom connected to the room and grab disinfecting wipes, aloe vera cream, and a soft rag, wetting the rag before coming back into the bedroom.

Immediately Terence knelt down on the floor in front of Stella and set to work; delicately dabbing at the red skin with the cool rag, just as carefully wiping at the wounds with the wipes, then applying the aloe vera. He hoped it was helping her pain, but obviously the burns would continue to hurt until they healed completely.
After finishing rubbing in the cream on the last burn, he looked back up at Stella's face, hoping to see less pain in her emerald eyes.
His fingers continued to rub caressing circles close to the worst burns on her thighs, hoping the soft touch would soothe her.
"How is that?" he asked her finally, the first words he had spoken since he had set to work on her injuries.
He couldn't help how upset he was, how protective he was over her. It was just part of his nature.

At the realization that she no longer lives alone, which came in the form of large feet smacking against the hardwood floor in an attempt to rush to her side, Stella quickly pulls herself back to reality, hiding her ears and tail only just in time. Worried he might have seen something of them, she watches Terrence with wide eyes as he moves to her side, relieved when he focuses on her burns and says nothing out of the ordinary.

"I..my sweater snagged on the handle of the pan..." she explains timidly in reaction to his panic, frowning deeply and glancing to the side as he lifts her into his capable arms. She is ashamed to be such a burden to him when they've only just moved in together, worried that this bad start might turn him off to the idea of being around her so often.

Tired green eyes close as he wipes at the tears, and Stella gives a soft little nod in response to his now gentle words. "Okay Terrence..." It's not as though he hasn't seen her in her underwear before after all, granted it's not a sight often beheld, as they haven't really gotten all to intimate as of yet. The pet name seems to calm her nerves a bit, as they usually do when used in such situations. In such a vulnerable state, it's sweet things like that which make the difference for the fem.

Stella lifts her arms above her head when he pulls at her shirt and helps him to wiggle her out of the pants, watching with innocence in her eyes as he returns with what is needed to tend to her reddened skin. A few whimpers and hisses of pain later, she finds herself finally able to unclench her jaw and let out a soft sigh of relief. Her face no longer tensed with pain, she offers the male a small smile, eyes softened to show her affections while he rubs circles into her skin.

"It feels much better now. It felt like my whole body was on fire for a little bit.." she explains then and glances down to the well tended to burns. "You're really so wonderful. Thank you...I would have had no idea how to react so efficiently." Averting her eyes once more, the feline fiddles with the sheets of the bed, blushing slightly at the realization of both her attire and the area he's chosen to massage, despite the innocent intentions of it. "I'm sorry for ruining dinner by the way..and for making you worry so much. I really wish I wasn't so unlucky with these sorts of things...I should be more agile." It seems that through clumsiness and just random turns of events, Stella has never had the best sort of luck. When things go wrong, she has a tendency to assume that it's her luck going against her once again, as she is...a black cat, and a superstitious one at that.

All the while she speaks with him, the fem is trying to keep her mind off of the pain that has her body still tensed, and the embarrassment of being in front of him in such a state with his hand on her thigh. The poor girl has to keep herself in check or risk her secret being out for real this time.
