I;m not sure, when I played Morrowind I killed so many elves that it wouldnt let me advance through the game xD.

I'd flee from the zombies, and lead them to a sleepy elven village, knowing that my 100 in my sneak skill will hide me from the horde as they feast on elven flesh.
