Aw, it can be an acquired taste unless you are a super taster who can't tolerate bitter. But keto foods are starting to trend, which would probably give diabetics more options.

I can't stand really high percentage dark chocolate because it tastes like a rubber glove, but lower percentage is okay. But my grandpa has the same sugar problem, he still sneaks stuff, but we cut him off if he gets too bad and get his medication dosed differently to suit his lifestyle choices.
