Rubble was born into a world of no forgiveness, Sevinia. He was born with both eyes, but when word got out - he was marked. He was found throwing rocks at neighborhood boys, perched 8 feet above the ground on an invisible cloud. Even though she'd known about his ability years before, mother didn't want the burden. And he understood. It didn't take two eyes to see what she thought of him. So he left for Advent Harbor, this time he knew not to show off his ability. With a backpack full of weapons, he was able to survive there. He was only sixteen, but he sure knew how to build, thanks to his father. And thanks to levitation, his scrawny body wasn't an issue. It was just figuring out how to use it when no one was looking.
With nobody to look up to, and nobody to learn from, he had to learn from himself. Rubble became a scrapper, living off of what he could find. He was able to sell what he didn't need for money. What he could use, he managed to build into a home with running water on the outskirts of town. Eventually town officials were at his door, screaming at him for using too much power. But what could he say? He needed it. He was working on an important project which just so happened to take up a lot of energy. He was convinced that he could make an android out of scrap metal and old computers. Such a pipe dream, eh?
Now, at nineteen, he is ready to leave that dream behind and begin again at Camp Hope. Rubble still wears the backpack he left his home with. It holds everything he'd ever need. A picture of him, his two brothers and his mom and dad sits in one of the pockets.
