Well, I imagine back in the days when people weren't gun-toting self-absorbed assholes, it probably was safer. Still not without risks though.

Cho, believe me, no one wants to see me dance. And in this town, all that's likely to do is make people throw garbage and further damage my already low self-esteem. (Which I am working on.)
