ngl, Trisphee is where I came after UniFaction went weird in a bad way... I will forever miss UF's avatar style, but Trisphee's style grew on me really quick, and here I am now, one of the artists. I started out making a generic item (The Marie Dress, iirc) as a regular user, and then when there was an opening, I applied, and several years later, I'm still here. :) Trisphee's overall vibe has felt like home for a very long time.

Unfortunately no. I fortunately have my parents' place to live at while I job hunt, so there's not as much financial pressure and I don't have to do a part-time gig. But. Wooo. It's still pretty exhausting and depressing having spent six months on this with nothing to show for it.

if UBI was a thing over there, it'd probably be a lot less exhausting.

i remember being pretty discouraged back when i was still job hunting, because literally nobody would hire me. sucks. :(

I did get one offer, a few months back, but it was out in the absolutely ass end of nowhere, and the mental and physical exhaustion of seeing the same few hundred people and having to drive over forty minutes to the nearest sizeable city would not have been worth it.

~I feel you on that. Kind of reminds me of my inventory job I had once. Driving 40 minutes max to be paid part time hours for full time work is sketchy.~

although i am fairly new to this site, i often forget to log in. this year has been super rough financially.
I am also job hunting though when my only skill is art I'm not sure what to do except like freelance art XD

But hopefully I will become more active when things settle down.
