"I was worried," Near whispered. "I thought Mello was..."

He pulled away, touching Mello's face - as if to make sure he was really there.

"Where did this scar come from?" Near pressed. "What happened? Where is Nate?"

[Mint]

"You don't even know about this?" Mello reached up and touched his burn scar.

[Uke]

"Why would I?" Near asked in confusion, taking a seat beside the blonde.

[Mint]

"I thought someone would tell you...or maybe you'd have enough time to figure things out...but you look like you just left." Mello remarked. "Just like we all remember you."

[Uke]

"I was supposed to meet Mello," Near whispered. "The next thing I know, I'm in the future... in the present, I guess. Wearing Nate's clothes... I'm still in them."

He looked around.

"Matt?" He asked. "Is he around? And where is Nate, Mello?"

[Mint]

"I wish we could just get you back in that closet, but Nate ended up being right." Mello shook his head and sighed before he smirked- almost fondly. "For not being a genius, he's pretty smart."

[Uke]

"Mello, answer my questions!" Near snapped, making Ender jump.

[Mint]

Mello smiled.

"Wow...that was cool." He hummed.

[Uke]

"Where is Nate?" Near breathed, calming a little. "He is the one that called... where is he? And Matt?"

[Mint]

"We have to go...it's not safe to talk out here." Mello said as he got up. "Even if we're the only ones in the shop right now. That won't last."

[Uke]

Slowly, Near nodded, before he looked at Mail. "He's coming with."

"And you should probably bring them, too," Ender informed, pointing to the group that was storming in through the doorway, Mihael at the front.

[Mint]

"Shit." Mail smirked.

"Near!" Mihael breathed before running over.

"Oh, we found them." Lawliet murmured.

[Uke]

"I told you the GPS would work!" Missy cheered, dancing after her brother.

"Woopie, you know your way around a cell phone," Light scoffed. "What, did you two fly all the way to England for a cup of coffee? You can get that in the states!"

"I tried to tell them to go home," Ender assured.

[Mint]

"Ender, you failed miserably." Mello sighed- shaking his head.

Mihael shoved Mail roughly aside and knelt down in front of Near.

"What the hell are you doing out here?" Mihael asked- looking the boy over for bruises or anything.

[Uke]

"Trying to get Nate home," Near informed, obviously surprised that Mihael was there. "What is Mihael doing here?"

[Mint]

"You ran off." Mihael blinked. "What do you mean, 'what am I doing here'?"
