☯ No we can do that. But they suggest not to
because cats will over eat... which is not mine.
They eat a small amount here and there during the
day and with 4 of them. Leaving food out is better.
Then we don't have them all gaining up to eat at
the same time.

☯ Since it's been too hot out they barley eat and drink
at all. They just sleep all day. I hope they
are getting something while I am asleep though.

Well if they are acting well and all they should be getting something, and with it being hot and them sleeping, they should dot he eating and drinking while its cooler o:
Prehaps set up a mini camera just to check?

My cats did that when it was hot through they more preferred to use the bathroom facet to get water than their bowls. It always was amusing cause every time someone entered the bathroom, all you would see was a flash of grey and two eyes looking at you from the sink.

Hopefully, they are getting some water and food when it cools down. I don't know how hot it is in the States cause I'm overseas still.

And how have you been, Sai? I hope you don't mind me haunting your thread for a bit. :3

That is fine Chloe~. My cats do drink from out leaky
bathtub faucet so that is a good thing. I just hope
they are eating during the late night so they have
something at least.

You could always move the food bowl into your bedroom during the summer months, we always had two food bowls out, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom cause both cats at first, didn't like sharing the same food dishes. But we always would fill the bowls to a certain amount than the next day, we would see if the anything had been touched.

☯ Our room is a ton times cooler that is for sure.
I might try doing that. Because this is
ridiculous. No matter what we do, nothing
cools down this place and one of my cats
gets sick with the heat.
