i meant just throw it out the window today... eat some all you can eat and movie theater food... all that should never be on a diet >w<

You should always be able to have a few days like that. Think of like a treat for staying on the diet so far. I know I suck at things like that.

yea i do that just not this big... like when i go to his mother's or something like that... i usually eat over my calories, because she will put out all this amazing food! like chips and salsa!
