Who do I end the raffle tickets to?

You don't send them anywhere, you just keep them in your inventory. Gallagher draws a ticket and can see who it belongs to.

Also, you can win up to two times. So while more tickets indeed increase your chance, no user will walk away with half the prizes, no matter how many tickets they bought.

I'd really love to see more of these on the site as they are really rare items now and I doubt they will be available to newer users outside of event prizes like this.

Make sure you have at least 1 of every event item for sure. And spares to sell/give new members. I bought a few extra masks since they were very nicely made.
