Yes, I do written OCs :3

Colored may be around $20+ extra. Backgrounds.......homg....you know I suck at backgrounds and I take forever with them xD. I don't really know if including a background would make or break your piece. So with that, it's really a gamble. But again, I think I'd charge for complexity. Like if you have those patterned backgrounds (kinda like stripes) that could be like around $3. If you have something like.....extremely detailed scenery, like a masterpiece, I'd say that could go upwards to $200.

Name: Avalon
Age: 13
Hair Information: Her hair is shoulder length and curly, really curly.. think of Little Orphan Annie.. she loves wearing it in pigtails or just straight..
Basic information: Avalon is half Japanese/half American.. she can easily pass as being full Japanese.. the bridge of her nose and cheeks are covered in freckles..
There's quite a little joke with Avalon, she's very tact.. straight to the point, her language can be quite colorful, think of an 'African' person and how they speak.
She is also more darker in person than Chloe is.. Avalon loves stuff dealing with voodoo.. she was also born sick, so most of the time, she is frail.. through she has learned to live with the illness.

Line-art? I'd say around $17. Lack of symmetry and a head makes drawing it easier xD , even if there is a lot of stuff on it. Coloring....I'd say around $25 extra. That background, pretty easy since there's not much there...add $13-$25...depending on how detailed you want it.
