Not really.. It's one of things that you have to manage for yourself.

Only you know how much work/time/stress you can handle before you start to feel.. err, off.

Hot showers can always work... Plus it's a good time to get some shaving done. Oooow, and maybe use some sugar oil to exfoliate? :O
