I'm easily positive than being negative. That's how I am. I hardly stay mad for long since I knew it isn't healthy for your whole body to be constant negative.

@flaria- I wish I was more like that. I'm kind of a pessimistic optimist. I see the glass as half full, but I know its only half full because there's a hole halfway up the glass and it keeps leaking...

It's different for everybody, really. Some can be easily remain calm when situation made you frustrated and wanted to hit somebody with it. I rather be calm and think and figure out what to do next than trying to make things worse.

I'm very good at handling stressful situations. Its kind of a job requirement for me. My issue is letting that stress build over time and get me down.

Yes, that's good but getting all the stressed in you, isn't healthy. That's how my boyfriend is, letting all the stress built up inside then unleashed it on somebody else. >_<;
