Ω I am trying to find out if there is anything
that my case worker for my disability can do for me.
Like any places she knows I can call to get things
taken care of to get this fixed. Our son is taking it
fine. He's upset his dad is gone and will be gone for
so long but he's doing fine with it. He's not the type
to be upset over things like this ever sadly. ; ;

Ω I plan on calling her in a bit actually. And ya she is. They
are for my disability so I figured she might know
someone to talk to about this at least.

Hmmm, I'm not all to sure what you'd look up either. I suppose some kind of help with jail services or somthing, like you could try and find out if theres somthing there that could help you, as for the rent and areas like that, maybe search disablity help and laws or somthing? Have you talked to your gp?

Ω I found out people with disability can't be
evicted otherwise I don't know what else to look up.
I just left a message for her, a really long one in
fact so I hope to hear back from her today or at least
tomorrow. If not then I will call her again either tomorrow
afternoon or the day after. I really want to talk to her.
She would know what to do about getting help with being
evicted. And my son's former probation officer said she
will try to help us out if I need it but no call from
her so I still have to figure out what place to call.
I might just call one number I have and see where they
take me from there for help. But I will do that in a
bit if anything.

Sorry for the delay...
HOLY SHIT... He's out. The woman in charge of his
child support case was out sick today and her
replacement was a nice guy and Joe got to see the
judge and he is out today. He has a month to get
a job or else he gets sent back in ; ; And he has
that appointment Friday so he should be able to
get his job back and I guess this arrest won't be
put on his record so we can keep this secret from
them. Now to figure out how to get him to that
appointment for the machine.

OMG And he was so cute. He missed me so much in jail
that he went to the library in the jail to read 3
Mary Higgings Clark books that I read to be close to
me.... Isn't he sweet and cute?

Oh yeah I better upload those pics of my new red hair..
That Joe has no idea about yet AHAHA What a shocker
for him to come home to.

Since it's in a few days we should be ok with it and
things. He said he will be getting the sleep machine
Friday as well so that is good. Now to figure out if
he will be getting his job back for sure when he gets
back home. We will talk about things when he gets back
tonight or while he is waiting at his grandparents to
come home. His grandpa is coming to pick him up and take
him back there to stay until tonight when his dad is
gonna come and get him to bring him home. We have some
money to buy gas and some food at least until I get
my disability at least so we are fine for right now. All
we need to do is contact the bank when my disability
comes in to get me on the bank account so I can get a
debit card to pay for things in case things go bad
again or when he is out on the road.

I even told him I smoked a few times... He told me he
doesn't want me addicted to them. Ain't he cute? <3

He's doing pretty good. Waiting for a call from the
doctor about his machine that I am hoping to get soon.
And me.. I'm pretty good. Tired as heck of course

it's only 77 in the house alot cooler than what it
