So, is he an unyielding stickler or is he sort who'll make concessions to save lives? And does he think we're a non-issue once were inside, or does he respect us enough to treat with us as equals?

I think that either way he'll be on guard. He will feel that lev should have a gun to his head at all times because of the attack. He also will be more wary of giving weapons to the party because stickler or concessionist (if that's how it's said) he will think that we are dangerous because we didn't stop lev's assault before he killed someone, and he'll notice that the wall wasn't torn down.
