Solomon waved a bit, "Morning Seth~" He hurried over to Holden, placing his hand over the wound and healing it for him. "Are you alright? I would've gotten here sooner..but..I had a bit of trouble finding you." He looked back to Seth, "While you're right about him being under Seth's care..Seth is under Kitra's care, and therefore so is Holden." He felt he had to say that..just because.

Suddenly, a pale brown haired woman appeared, her arms crossed over her chest with a scowl on her face. Her blue eyes narrowed slightly at Jean-Peirre and Seth, "Move it Seth...I'm going to be handling him. I can already tell he won't listen unless I am present."

Melody nodded, "I don't need to close my eyes anymore Alicia, but thank you for waiting anyway?"

"Ya I'm fine." Holden winced a little bit. He looked to one of the vampires on the council as he felt a rise in power. "Seth..." He trailed off as he noticed he already knew.

Seth stepped away from Jean-Pierre, "All yours Kitra." He quickly turned around feeling power. "I don't think so." He snapped his fingers and the vampire was engulfed in flames. He walked over to Holden, "I'm sorry as well, I was in a council meeting." He looked to Kitra. "We should get you moved out of the way." He helped Holden stand up as he made the flames on the vampire stronger.

"It's fine you two. I knew I had nothing to worry about." Holden smiled slightly as Seth helped him up.

Jean-Pierre growled slightly as Kitra appeared. "What are you doing here woman?" He narrowed his eyes.

"Didn't know and your welcome." With that Alicia teleported her and Melody to Holden. They landed a few feet from Holden.

Melody raised her brow seeing that Kitra was here, "Seems the dirty bastards couldn't keep it clean. Tsk tsk."

Kitra stepped over to the podium, grabbing Jeam-Pierre by the neck, "I'm here, because you have disobeyed me for the last time. I am taking over this 'case' with Melody and Holden and your council. She is now under my direct jurisdiction and if you refuse to listen I will behead you. You aren't even to look at them..do I make myself clear?" Her eyes turned red as she pushed him up against the podium, cracking it as she clamped her hand tightly around his neck.

Solomon moved to take Holden from Seth, "If you have to go back, I think we can handle this...but of course, I can't make you go." He glanced over to Kitra and Jean-Pierre, shaking his head a bit.

"Color me surprised." Alicia crossed her arms.

"Have to yes, but don't want to." Seth sighed making sure Holden was steady. He looked to the now dead vampire, "If you need anything just give me a call." He waved and disappeared.

Holden felt like a football being tossed around, "I can stand by myself. But I'm not detesting being in your arms." He smiled looking to Solomon. "Thank you for coming to my rescue my prince." He gave Solomon a kiss on the cheek.

Jean-Pierre narrowed his eyes and glanced over Kitra's shoulder to Holden. "I looked at him, go through with your threat you stupid chienne (bitch)." He growled as he looked back to Kitra.

"Aw, did you hear that Solomon? He called me a bitch...how rude."

Solomon held Holden close, "I will always be there for my princess~" He looked over to Kitra, "Oh I did that is just plain ol' rude. You should punish him."

"I think I will~" She grinned, throwing the vampire to the floor on his knees, "Let's see here...." She took her hand and pushed her fingers together keeping them straight and stiff. She lifted it up above his head, then rammed her fingers down into his skull, easily breaking the bone. She splayed her fingers once she was past the bone, ramming the sharp nails deep into his brain before clenching her hand around his brain stem. With one swift movement, she pulled his brain from his skull and threw it aside.

Holden smiled as he watched Jean-Pierre's lifeless body fall to the ground. "Well... That was interesting." He nodded. He looked behind himself to Melody, "Looks like you prepared for nothing." He chuckled. He looked to Solomon, "Can you walk me over to her? I wanna meet her." He pointed to Kitra.

"And here I was hoping for some action." Alicia sighed slightly.

Melody frowned, casually throwing the knife at Jean-Pierre's body, "There..now I feel better..."

Solomon nodded, "Of course.." But before he could move, Kitra was already standing in front of them, "Hello Kitra..."

Kitra smiled a bit as she looked to Holden, holding out her clean hand, "Pleasure to finally meet you face to face Holden. I'm sure you know who I am as well." She took her other hand and licked a bit of blood from it with a slight frown, "Bleh, meningeal fluid..nasty stuff there.."

Alicia patted Melody on the shoulder, "Nice throw, if he wasn't already dead you would of killed him with that shot." She chuckled looking at the knife in Jean-Pierre's heart.

"It is nice to meet you as well ma'am." Holden shook her hand and bowed his head. "If I may ask, who is going to be taking over here?" He smiled.

Suddenly a brown hared woman appeared next to Holden and looked around. "Damn it, I just missed him." She sighed. "Hello Kitra." She smiled giving Kitra a hug.

Holden looked to Annemarie, "He said he was in the middle of a council meeting. So he went back." He nodded.

"Oh ok." She looked to Jean-Pierre's body. "Noice." She chuckled. "Ah yes that is something I wanted to talk to you about Kitra." She face palmed herself. "Daddy has been letting me sit in on his council meetings, and I was wondering if you knew of any councils that had a spot open." Annemarie laced her fingers in front of her.

Kitra shook her head, "Not as of now. I need to whip these French bastards into shape," She glared at the remaining members quickly before looking back to Annemarie, "I would love to let you run this area, but no offense to you, I don't think you're quite qualified yet. I would definitely suggest seeing if any Councilmen need advisers? You can gain a lot of knowledge through them before running for Council...and don't choose your dad or Serus..someone you don't know is preferred." She looked back to Holden and Solomon, "You four may go, I can take care of the rest of this. I hope the next time we meet Holden, it's on better terms."

Solomon looked over to Alicia and Melody, "This certainly did not go as I thought it would."

[Bovice]

"I understand Kitra." Annemarie smiled. "I want something to do, Felix wont let me help him and daddy's council doesn't meet everyday. As you know." She nodded. "I should go." She looked to Holden. "And there is something I want to talk to you about, but I'll wait until things settle down for you." She smiled and disappeared.

"Me to ma'am." Holden smiled and bowed his head. "And what..." He trailed off as Annemarie disappeared. "Damn child." He sighed. "Let's go home Solomon. I've had enough of France for a lifetime." He sighed again.

"Same here Solomon." Alicia put her hand on Melody's shoulder. "Let us go." With that she and Melody disappeared.

Solomon nodded covering Holden's eyes and teleporting them back to Holden's lake side house. He removed his hand once they were in the living room, "Now all that's left are the Charuns.."

"Which will be dealt with soon, I'm sure." Holden rubbed his eyes. He looked down to his shirt, "Why can I never keep a shirt?" He sighed. He removed his arm from Solomon's neck, "I should be able to walk now." He took a deep breath and started walking forward. He looked at Solomon and smiled, "There." He felt a little weak in the knees but he was fine.

Alicia appeared in front of Melody's room, "I'm sure Holden is going to want to talk to you in a little bit." With that she disappeared.

"And I'm sure it will be a thrilling conversation..." she muttered to herself as she flopped on her bed.

Solomon watched him suspiciously, "If you say so Holden. You really should sleep a bit more though.."

"I'm fine darling." Holden smiled weakly. He looked at the stairs, "Do you want some breakfast? I'm sure Melody is hungry." He looked back to Solomon. He looked at his watch 10:30 A.M., "Actually it would be brunch." He smiled.

He shook his head, "I will pass on breakfast today..." He frowned a bit as he saw Holden's bare left finger when he looked at his watch. He quickly whipped the expression from his face, placing his hands in his pockets.

"At least let me make you some coffee." Holden smiled even though he wanted to frown from seeing Solomon's frown. He wiggled his fingers on his left hand, he had to admit that he felt naked without the ring. "If you need anything I'll be in the kitchen." He nodded as he turned to go to the kitchen. "Can I get my ring back Alicia?" He entered the kitchen and grabbed the ingredients to make chocolate chip waffles.

"There you go." Alicia made the ring appear on the counter.

Holden smiled, "Thanks." He grabbed the ring and put it on his finger.
