"If one of these individuals is Kira then they would be allowing the company to flourish and fill their pocket...but that doesn't at all match Kira's motives or methods. He believed in punishing the wicked, not making a quick buck. So why the sudden change?"

Light began to come up with ideas, but the only one that really passed by L was when he said something about using Misa as bait.

He'll use Misa and she'll find the notebook and get her memories back...

Light gave him a completely blank stare in return.

He lost his memories... L remembered Nate saying. But when he touches the notebook, he remembers...

"My recent theory hasn't been panning out at all." L offered- spinning in his chair again.

His cheek was still a little sore from when Light had punched him...over a conversation that had gone much same way as this one.

His eyes glanced down at Light's wrist.
