unless you're allergic....epsom salts are you're best friend. and salonpas patches....unless menthol will hurt you too...then i'd suggest nixing the patches. but they work wonders for aches and pains <3

salonpas are japanese made...and just as vince says "you know germans make good stuff", i always say "the asians know their pain management" (i have never been disappointed in salonpas patches and nor have i ever been disappointed with this korean made "oragel" for toothaches i used to use when i had real teeth....just as two examples) <3

Another long work day (was out of my apartment for 14 hours almost) but I did get to sit down for 3 hours of it. XP
And really, it was only just over 12 hours of work total, the rest is just walking time really.

Ouch. That's a lot and I can definitely relate. On days when I work both jobs, I usually average around 8-9 miles. And cashiering is the worst because of all the standing. XP

On the plus side, I'm losing weight again. Although part of that is probably because I'm just too tired to fix anything to eat half the time.
