So far... i ran on a treadmil for 15, squated 36 times with 75lb weights and now bike for 30min bc my legs are gonna be sore

I used to be so physically and mentally active. LOL
I'm just mentally active now.

I ride bikes, swim, hike, run, jog, play volleyball and badminton, do some physical stuff.... but that was years ago. T_T
