Well, i've got 20 runes to offer as well as 5k.

20 runes are going for about 2.5k I believe
I'm not sure on the jacket, but I don't think I'll have to give you all of the 5k if you want both the runes and the jacket.

Because it's an event only thing. It like the Monthly Items and how they go up it price. They will be rare after a while and cost a lot.
Runes anyone can buy and the price is pretty stable on them.
