Aww that sucks! I mean, have you tried all of them? Canola, vegetable, peanut, coconut, avocado?

canola is the #1 offender! If you did not know there is a microscopic fungus that grows in canola oil and I almost instantly end up in the bathroom and bedridden after having some! Vegetable is ok but has soy and I am avoiding soy for the baby v.v

Peanut is probably ok? coconut is ok but expensive and there isn't really a benefit to eating it!

Safflower is my best bet, I've not had a reaction to that one yet! I was using olive oil but I'm beginning to find myself with really bad stomach aches after eating olive oil now.

I mean, tbh, I only ever use olive or avocado oils for cooking. Coconut oil tends to smoke too much for most cooking. All I've really used it much for is to helo my hair not die when bleaching it out for dying.

I use olive oil the most myself, though I saw some hemp oil at costco the other day next to the avocado oil (which I have been looking at for more then a few months now)
