LoL Yeah, it's a crappy USB cam, and it doesn't come with software for the pc, and microsoft doesn't make software for it either- so you have to find a third party cam program that'll work with it- and then manually deal with the video settings through SOME METHOD I don't remember. XD all in all, a pain in the ass- but ...eh. I can't afford a webcam right now- so I stole the husbands'eses cam. He doesn't use it anyways. <.<;;

the mic on my old computer was in the keyboard too. this one has it in the screen, next to the cam. but i obviously type really loudly 'cause people still say they can hear me typing D:
