Akemi frowned slightly at Advent. "You are so boring... I don't care about information." her frown changed to a twisted smile. "I really will torture Avalon even if she didn't know anything because it pleases me~"

Akemi turned her focus back to Chloe. "Yes~ That's the expression I want~" She licked Chloe's cheek and moaned joyously. "I will sleep well~ Just the thought of you both suffering in agony is just so~" She shuddered in sickishly pleasurable manner.

Advent moved his head to were he heard Chloe's voice “Do you really think that smart considering the situation you are in at the moment?” he said with a dead voice continuing to hold his board close to him his hand petting it as if to console himself and the board “Don't grit your teeth Clo I'll explain later.” his body language had changed to show he didn't care in fact it was so loose that it was almost as if the life he normally showed had vanished from him leaving an empty shell. “Clo don't presume you can give me fucking orders! I'm not in the fucking mood nor would I leave you behind you should fucking know that of all people!” he said his voice cold and dull.

Advent's head turned towards Makoto hearing how the gun moved “Look Makoto, right now really just isn't a good time for me I have to try and mend my board or create a new one... either way this has just been a shitty day and it's barely gone noon...” he looked to the board in his arms “So if you want to try and fight me right now I will aim to kill you so leave me be.” he warned his head turning and he walked off towards some warmth he hadn't noticed before “Kick the bitch, I wonder if her own pain will please her... could use your sai on her too.” he felt drained and though having not really been effected by the scent he was feeling lethargic and being sluggish feeling the heat intensifiy he looked down “That's new.” he crouched “So where is your creator?” he whispered

I really don't need a lecture at the moment, Advent. Chloe knew how much he loved that hover board but right now wasn't the time to start planning a funeral for it...

A more disgusted look crosses Chloe's face as Akemi licks her cheek, "You are one really sick bitch. Hurting people just because it gives you a thrill, I bet your real popular at the strip clubs, aren't you?"

Her own conscience was now basically screaming at her to shut up before she got this woman past being pissed off.. Hearing Advent mutter about 'kicking the bitch'.. What did she have to lose?

Using all the strength she could muster, Chloe kicks Akemi right in the stomach..

"Hm?" Jayden looks at Mizuki, "It's not hard to know when someone is a skull, Moony. And really? I might be a cop but I am still a human but if you want to keep from the leaders of your faction than I am not going to stop you. I honestly would not know how a child looks up to their mother, that was one word that never passed through my lips my whole childhood and even now, I refuse to acknowledge the woman who gave birth to me. I vowed it would be different for my girls, that they would know their parents love." he pauses as a waitress steps up to take their order, "Have you decided what you want to eat, Moony? I think I'm going to try this." He reads the selection out to the waitress who nods, jotting it on her pad before her eyes turn to Mizuki, waiting for her order.

The kid's attitude was starting to bug Makoto. I swear, all of the Skulls I've run into so far act like annoying little kids. She walked, and eventually gained a little more momentum before pendulum kicking Advent's hoverboard into his chest, trying to knock him down and aggravate him.

"Shut up. I don't give a damn about your day or your precious hoverboard. All you've done is bitch and yell at your friend over there." Makoto kept the MP7 aimed at Advent's legs, finger lightly pulling at the trigger, ready to shoot if he tried to escape or fight back.

FORZ

He finished skimming through all of the Ryuujin's profiles and switched to his map. Might as well find a place where I can work alone...

There weren't too many Hunters on duty, but one in particular caught his attention. Why is this person near two Tech Skulls? Is he apprehending them? Upon zooming in, he noticed the name and a linked photo. ...This is the Hunter who approached me yesterday.

But from the screen it didn't seem as if they were fighting each other. Curiosity piqued, Forz headed over to see what was going on, brushing a hadn against his coat to make sure the SMG was secured under it.

Akemi glared Chloe after she kicked her in the stomach. "I guess you want to speed up your torture." She tightened he grip around Chloe's neck and started to lift her off the ground with surprising ease. Suddenly a book struck the Akemi on the side of the head and she dropped Chloe on the ground.

Roland stepped out from the back door of the bookstore with another book in his hand and a lit cigarette between his lips. "Still as fuck nuts as always it seems..." a slight worried look on his face, Roland slammed the door closed.

Akemi smiled seemingly ignoring that she was struck by a flying book and that she had dropped Chloe. "OH~! You're alive!"

Mizuki

“Well I bumped into a vampire Ryuujin yesterday, she was very strange...” she explained looking to him “It was almost as if she was flaunting the fact she was a skull, then she used her ability on me for no reason on top of that.” she shook her head her eyes closing “If ever near her you should avoid eye contact and be careful as she can also do illusions through sound... it isn't overly effective I guess if your blind or psychotic.” she giggled but blinked as she was told it was easy to tell a skull “Candy's are a little harder to tell because there are anime fanatics who try to be as cute and bubbly as the characters they see on their shows... then some people are just that way naturally.” she said honestly “Then again I guess Techs are too with how many geeks there are out there.”

She looked down at the next part “With everything that is going on do you really think it wise to let anyone know you are dating a skull?” she knew there where hunters everywhere the last thing she wanted was him to get into trouble of for her to be carted away “I know we're only human but hunters will likely see the skull before the human and on my end they will likely see the cop first.” it was a sad but true fact and it hurt her. “We are both in that boat, don't get me wrong my parents are loving but...” she closed her eyes “I was raised by a nanny most of the time, I felt more like an accessory.” she said truthfully “Warm chicken salad, no mayo and glass of ice tea with a slice of lemon please.” she stated watching the waitress jot it down before walking off “It's hard for them to know your love when they where taken from you” she said moving to take his hand in hers

Advent heard the footsteps coming from behind him as he inspected the cat a little more “You're as noisy as an elephant...” he stated dodging quickly to the left before the boot touched his board “and your fighting style is sloppy.” he stated keeping his board close to his chest “I couldn't care less if you beat me into a bloody pulp just don't damage my board any further than it already is.” he said dimly as he stood up “And seriously I am really not in the mood to fight, we can do that another day.” he looked dead at Makoto “Oh, this is what you think really?” he said walking forward

“I couldn't care less about your fucking opinions but I still have to hear them...” he started his voice growing colder “She isn't a friend to me, friends are what normal people have...” he moved his head to the side he seen Chloe as a family member, just like he did every Tech and so done his best to keep them safe to the best of his ability, it was most likely the reason he was in this mess right now. “She is an annoyance... not as bad as you but yeah she is... kind of like that nagging mother or that teacher you wish you never had to get...” he said looking back to his target “At the same time I guess I need that because of how I am.” he stated “However, she broke my rules... and had now put me and every other person in danger because you stole information and then tried to trick her into believing you had Avalon.” his voice was a little irritated on the matter.

“By the way that boy in your boot is going to suffocate if he doesn't get out of there soon.” he said bluntly. “Where was I?” he scratched the side of his head as he tried to remember “Oh yes tricking and rule breaking... I don't blame her for this I blame you and that idiot Jay, how could this not be personal for her.” he stated moving towards the gun, hearing the subtle movements of Mokoto's finger on the trigger “Didn't I say for you to put that thing away? Only cowards shoot people who are unarmed or is it that I scare you because you can't anticipate me?” he grinned, though was caught off guard hearing another voice “only in days ending in 'y'” he replied to the voice knowing it was likely talking to Akemi but like normal he wanted to be a smart ass.

[Dawn]

Struggling to breath as Akemi tightened her grip on Chloe's neck as Chloe felt her feet leaving the ground, Maybe.. maybe I shouldn't of kicked her.. Suddenly out of no where, a book hits Akemi and with a cry as Akemi drops her, Chloe lands back on her butt on the ground.

Rubbing her neck and hearing a familiar voice addressing Akemi, Chloe's eyes shift to see Roland near the back entrance of the bookstore. Wasn't he suppose to be on vacation? and do these two know each other?

Deciding now was the best time to move, Akemi seemed more interested in Roland than her at the moment and the way Advent was acting, she was so tempted to tell him to grow up, okay, the hoverboard was one he had created but still, there was more important things in life than that and if he didn't keep his mouth in check, he was going to get his ass shot, Makoto was not playing around. Chloe scrambled back up on to her feet, remembering to keep her mouth and nose covered with her sleeve, not giving a damn that Makoto had a gun, manages to tackle her to the ground. Not giving Makoto the chance, Chloe prys the gun from her fingers and kicks it away from them.

"Advent, plan funeral arrangements for the hoverboard later." Chloe growls rolling her eyes as she pins Makoto's arms behind her with one arm, "At least I didn't go behind your back like I had planned to do earlier, you think I would put the faction in danger to save my own skin? I was trying to put things that well, for once, I have to disagree, I am as much to blame as Jay is in this, I put you, Avalon even Zaki in danger." she hangs her head for a second, "I would not blame you, Advent, if you decide to kick me out of the techs over my actions."

[Straywolf]

That voice... Makoto turned her head slightly and saw Roland burst out of the bookstore, throwing something at Akemi and Chloe's direction. Before she got the chance to react, Chloe tackled her onto the ground and disarmed her, pinning her arms to her back with one hand.

Augh....what a mess, I'm dealing with a cocky kid, a bitch on my back, and that damn officer?! My firearms are practically useless now, since Roland is here. She remembered what happened at the Flame Skull's hideout. Roland somehow managed to disable her and the Hunter Squad's guns at that time.

Makoto struggled a bit to test Chloe's grip. She looked at Chloe, seeing her cover her face with her sleeve. Makoto pulled one knee under her stomach to give herself room to throw Chloe off her back while she pulled her arms apart from Chloe's grip. Makoto planted her free knee on the ground and pushed off to throw Chloe off balance and slipped away from her, grabbing her arm in the process and putting Chloe in an armbar.

Vincent stood still for moment feeling even more light headed. "Kenji, I need a meal now. . . " he said to the other trying to make the point across of he would need get blood from him. "If you do not mind that is. . . " the vampire asked his follower. It was something he didn't want to ask but he would need to since it was far to early in the day to try and grab a bite to eat.

Zaki finished cleaning the flat blinked some looking around seeing the time, his worry grew more and Chloe had not even got back to him. Heading back into her room, the teen got dressed grabbing all his things, placed on his blades. "I know I shouldn't be so paranoid. . .but. . . .I need to know where she is and if she is okay!" he was yelling at him self shutting the door taking off to try and find her.

[Dawn]

The waitress nodded at Mizuki's order and hurries off. Jayden sits back, "A vampire ryuujin, hm? Some do that but if you hadn't been another skull than she could of doomed her whole faction." he chuckles, "The techs is a hard faction to figure out, I'm staying with one and I didn't figure out she was one for awhile. She's not what I would call geeky, she dresses like a regular teen her age would but she acts, I don't know, more older for her age, I thought she was older than Kim when I met her but turns out, she's younger. I guess just not foster kids are forced to turn into adults before their time."

"Most Hunters don't mess with the Police, Moony, just like we don't mess with the Hunters unless it's a question of safety to the general public or want to piss them off.. some officers tend to get a kick out of that." he pauses, looking at Mizuki, "If things weren't like they were, I would gladly walk away from the force, you do know I would die rather than let anything happen to you."

He frowns slightly, "Actually, that was why I was talking to Kim's father. Seems Kim has decided she is unable to cope with two children and showed up at her father's to get the address to her cousin's. Apparently she had plans to give custody to her but her father was not amused, he said it was rude for her to even think of shoving her responsibilities on her cousin and that her daughters belonged with either her or she hands full custody over to me." he puts two fingers under Mizuki's chin and looks into her eyes, "Kim agreed to it but she also had her conditions, she gave her father temp. custody but only if her cousin vouches that I am ready to be a single parent, I would not ask you to give everything up for children that are not yours in the first place."

Kenji

Kenji turned his amber eyes to Vincent as he spoke, he knew what that sentence meant and where he did mind that his blood was going to me the meal of the day at the same time he couldn't refuse. Taking a knee in his normal fashion he placed his sword in front of him his other moving to the side of his leg bringing out his kunai. “I knew I shouldn't have worn this today.” he sighed as he brought up his arm sliding up the sleeve of his white jacket and shirt before cutting into his arm lightly without flinching. Placing his kunai away he lifted his cut arm to Vincent offering it to him. “Take as much as you need.” he stated obediently lowering his head once more not really caring if anyone seen.

Mizuki nodded “She will slip up again most likely and the next time she may not be so lucky, I mean other factions even the somewhat pacifist techs can be a force to be reckoned with if they are being messed around with.” she said looking to the ceiling sighing “She definitely was a strange one. She brought attention to a hidden weapon, she has her factions symbol tattooed on the back of her neck which she flashed off on purpose I think...” she sighed shaking her head wondering how she even got to the position with how she was acting “Then she said something about a no casualty clause... I had never heard of such a thing and I've been a candy for almost five years, she finished up using her ability on me and all the while not realizing I was a skull myself.” she sighed once more wondering what the vamps where thinking if that was one of their Ryuujin. “Tech's... I haven't had much dealings with the tech's but then they do seem think a turtled faction if I'm honest about it... They are the best people to go to for information or if you need something built but that's all I think anyone really knows about them I mean no one even knows their Ryuujin, I'm starting to think they may be a myth.” she laughed though it came to an end hearing him speak “Hmm, yeah... I guess techs are the one faction that can blend in the most so it's harder to track them down.” she said covering her mouth as she yawned.

“Well that's good to know, but there are so many hunters running around at the moment thanks to that awful explosion.” she looked down at the table “And for the skulls as a whole to be blamed for it... what are they doing shooting scatter shot hoping to get the right faction for it or are they just wanting to cause civil panic.” she shook her head her eyes closing “Yeah the skulls aren't saints but hell the hunters are worse they just hide under a veil of justice and that's the truth in my eyes.” she said honestly “I think the only just ones out there may be the cops.” she smiled but a blush came to her cheeks as she was caught off guard by Jay's statement “Jayden as sweet as that is, if it came to that I would ask you not to... one life isn't worth the lives of hundreds.” she said looking to him wishing that she had a fan to cover her pinked cheeks. Though that quickly came to an end as he heard that his ex couldn't handle their children alone “What the? Does she think children are just for Christmas... Don't take kids if there even the slightest possibility you can't care for them on your own.” she said shaking her head believing his ex was a dummy.

As he felt two fingers under her chin her her expression softened and she looked at him dead in the eyes as he spoke “Jayden, all that I am I would happily give up to be with you and those you care for.” she moved her hand into her bag and brought out her purse, placing some money on the table she placed the purse back into her bag picking up her bokken she stood and turned “Nice catching up with you Jayden” she said softly before walking out, she didn't have to read his body language to tell that where he did care for her her heart still longed for his ex and that hurt her more than anything else could.

Advent

Advent listened to the struggle that seemed to be going on at the moment “Your both very sluggish.” he stated as if it was a fact that interested him a great deal as it would allow him to try and come up with something that would be better than a mask to combat against the woman that seemed to be an oddity. He opened his mouth to say something to Chloe when she mention his hoverboard but shut his mouth again for a moment “Shut the fuck up Chloe you have no damn idea what the hell you are talking about.” he growled it was clear that she had put her foot in her mouth once more with him. “As for the second part if it wasn't for Jay bringing this bitch back to your place in the first fucking place... we wouldn't be here now would we... the root of all stress and hassle is your damn logger!” he stated walking forward “The root of all evil is the hunters.” he added for good measure. “Clo now isn't the time to play the blame game as somehow we are all at fault in one way or another lets just get out of here.” he said sighing a little

Sighing knowing things weren't going as Chloe planned he picked up his board and moved to hit it across Makoto's head in the hopes to knock her our, as she too was under the effects of Akemi's ability there would be a high likelyhood of this happening “I really am not in the mood to play with hunters today, nor am I in the mood to have someone think so little of me Chloe... I wasn't in danger until you jamp on her fucking back! What the hell where you thinking she had a fucking gun!” he exclaimed regardless of wither the board hit or not.

Vincent watching Kenji knowing the other hated to do such things but it was something that would happen now and then. "Kenji, I am grateful as you know. ." he said to him taking a hold of the expose wrist of the other his tongue darting out to softly lick at the cut before covering it soon with his lips to take the sweet coppery taste that filled Vincent's mouth. Kenji in fact tasted very different from most people the vampire has come across in the past in ways it was like a small treat when he did get something like this from the other but then again it was small treat, once getting his fill pulled away licked at the cut again, then his lips to make sure nothing was left he didn't want to seem messy. The crimson eyed vampire smiled at Kenji leaned in close enough to give the other kiss. It was his way of showing he was thankful.

Kenji

Kenji kept his head lowered his eyes closed as he allowed Vincent to feed from him, his breathing softening not through blood lose it was to help focus his mind away from the fact he was losing blood especially in such a manner. “I am aware Vincent, if not I would not allow you to feed from me and you know it.” he said calmly in an unflinching tone. He was devoted to Vincent and this was the only reason he allowed his blood to be drank. He had began to feel slightly dizzy as Vincent stopped drinking, though a shudder ran up his spine feeling Vincent lick the wound like he always had when this rare event happened. Looking up he knew the next part of this strange ritual and returned the kiss showing that he was happy to oblige the request again. After a moment he pulled his head back picking up his sword and moved to his feet slowly before fixing his sleeve “Careful, Advent might get jealous.” he teased knowing it was a running joke within the vamps.
