They are from the movie: "Nightmare Before Christmas"... It's alright if you don't know them... HEH! Yes every night in my timezone... which is like every morning for him... since he always work on nightshifts at Walmart... HEH!...

It is... I personally think night shifts are bad for the health and body clock... but i guess we all have to earn a living...

Yeah, that's true. Still, I wonder how difficult it must have been to do that job for the first few weeks.

I'm a total born night owl. :P Hardest part was trying to stay up some after I got off work, since my natural instinct was to sleep from 8am to like 4pm, but waking up this early (its actually 3:51 now) makes working miserable. I like to wake up at 8pm my time, then when I go into work at 10 its not that bad.

don't worry about it, I usually get up at 7-8 in the morning... but today, I can't seem to sleep anymore when i woke up at 5am...

both... coz i actually do that... i sleep at like midnight then wake up after 7-8 hours... got used to that body clock coz of Trisphee... but before Trisphee, i always oversleep... how bout you?

I like waking up early (4:00am-6:30am). I used to do fall asleep late and wake up early a few years back and found that mornings are a lot... calmer (being the best way I can describe it). For some reason 11:00pm-12:00pm seems a lot more active than 4:00 in the morning. Especially when the sun starts to rise. If I could do it without serious sleep deprivation, I would wake up at 4:00am every day. xD
