Mizuki had been up for hours and had become impatient within the hotel and so left little after nine to go shopping for some new clothing. Since she had the same outfit that she had been wearing the day before it was the perfect reason to do it. “This is just not on, what would the others think?” she shuddered a little her Bokken in her right hand she headed right towards the mall where she had ordered a new dress a week before knowing that it should be in by now. Getting to the mall she ran to the tailor’s to see if it was ready, before she opened her mouth it was handed to her a grin crossed her face as she headed to the changing room to try it on.

After five minutes she came out wearing a white and black Lolita dress and head dress ((look at profile pic for outfit)) “Oh my word this is so great! The others are going to be so jealous!” she squealed moving out of the dressing room and heading out knowing that the dress had been paid for when she had ordered it made. Soon she moved out of the mall thinking of somewhere to go but ended up getting trapped in her own mind about things she would have to go through for her up and coming grading so much so she wasn’t paying attention to her surroundings.

Lighting up another cancer stick and noting things seemed to be normal at the moment, most likely things were kept hush hush about the Hunters and the police station, Jayden watches people enter and exit the mall. He didn't really notice the girl dressed all in lolita til she bumped into him.

"Whoa." he manages to not sprawl on his face and glances at the girl, noting she seems lost in thought about something.

Mizuki came out of her daydream as she bumped into someone looking up she tilted her head to the side and smiled in her normal sweet way “Sorry about that cutie, I was in a world of my own.” She said looking him over fully but wrinkles her nose seeing the cigarette, “Those things will kill you if the weird things in the city don’t first.” She explained taking it from his mouth giggling as she did “It also does a lot of damage to the environment not to mention I doubt your girlfriend wants to be kissing an ashtray” she said stumping it on a trashcan throwing it into it. Studying a little more she blinked “You look familure... want to get something to eat?”

Not knowing what to say as the girl takes the cigarette from his mouth, Jayden turn beets red, "Um, I'm kind of not seeing anyone at the moment so I don't really have to worry about smelling like an ashtray." he frowns, watching Mizuki stamp on the cigarette and throwing it into the nearest trashcan, shit, that was my last cancer stick.
"Well, I suspect I would be familiar to most people in this area, I happen to patrol here every day." he says with a sigh, the way the girl was acting, she had to be a candy skull, "And why aren't you like the others of your faction, keeping low?" Hearing her offer of getting something to eat, "Sure but after that, I have to insist I walk you back to your house or where ever your staying."

Makoto pulled out ¥4000 from her wallet and handed it to the boy. His face lit up, at the same time, he looked a little concerned.

"Don't worry. It's not like I actually spend my money. Keep it."
"T-thank you...um, miss...?
"You can call me Hanako. My real name's a secret. Get in my car, we're going to start the operation. Stay put though, I need to call out the bad person."

The boy nodded and ran into the back seat of the SUV and shut the door. Makoto walked up to the driver's door and took out her phone. She entered Chloe's phone number and sent a text to her.

You have something I want. Meet me behind the bookstore near the explosion site in Old Tokyo in one hour.

If you don't show up, I'll make Avalon scream a little more before I lynch her above the police headquarters.

Makoto jumped into the SUV, and drove to the bookstore.

“But you will someday and I doubt they would want to kiss an ashtray, I know I wouldn’t and it’s a pity because you are quite cute.” She giggled happily “I don’t live in this part of town and only come here three times a week near the end of the day because of my training” she said smiling “Well if that is the case I may have to come to the area more often just to see you.” Hearing him talking about her faction, she looked confused. “Others of my faction?” her finger went to her mouth as if she was trying to figure out what he meant “Are you meaning my martial arts classes?” she asked sounding innocent. On seeing her invite was accepted she squealed jumping a little as she clapped her hands a few times “Yay! This is great I was eleven when I last had a meal with a boy” then the last she looked at him her eyes with a glint “You really mean it! Honestly?! Last person to do that kind of thing was my friend Will... this is such a great thing!” it was clear she was an utter girlie girl with how she was acting.

Vincent walked along eyes closed as he listened to Kenji. "Ahhh we will find our selves a Tech soon, I need to speak with the Flame about a pact deal for now with all this heavy nonsense with the Hunter's that are running lose and taking Skulls away as if they where the boogie man. In away I can understand that someone Skulls can see them as such, but none of us should really fear them if knew more about them." he said some slowly listening to the words that Kenji was saying. "Ha ha ha." this was the first time he laughed wholeheartedly at something before. "Oh Kenji, do you think I would care? If she had choose to start something then and there I would have allowed it." as he couldn't but help laugh.

"You could have done anything you wanted, I wouldn't have cared at all. . .if something had happened, I want her eyes. . .or at least an eye of hers in a jar." as he tilted his head to the side a Cheshire grin across his face crimson eyes lit up with excitement. "This is something I want. . . .other then finding my sister. . . ." as he smiled on still.

Kenji titled his head a little at what was said shaking his head hearing about able to get a tech soon “You know those ones are like rats, they are hard to flush out.” He explained but then he knew Vincent had ways of reaching the head of the Techs and he had yet to refuse a meeting from Vincent. “The techs are the best at knowing what’s going on over net sometime on the street, politically best to ask the candy.” He said quietly knowing if anyone had news of what was going on at the higher end of the grape vine they would. It was the only thing she seen the candies useful for he laughed alongside Vincent knowing everything would work out eventually.

“Of course you’d allow it only the strong make it here.” He stated with a toothy grin knowing that was the way of things. “If we have to kill her I will make sure you get at least one of her eyes in a jar and we can perhaps share her blood though I doubt we would be able to pallet to much of her.” He said wrinkling his nose just slightly “Perhaps the candies, flame or techs can help you finding her Vincent” even he knew Vincent would need the help of other factions but then they could be easily manipulated.

Jayden's brow raised, "I see. And here I was thinking you were one of the candy skulls." He was quiet at the moment of the mention of the name Will, that had been his birth name up till he had legally changed it, "Hm? Will, eh? What ever happened to this guy, sounds like he treated you like a princess."

Chloe pauses long enough to nod, "Yes, that will be fine, Advent, your more than welcome to drop in anytime. And your eyes are a lovely jade color, they suit you and no thank you for allowing me to the honor of being your guest."

Walking at a quick pace toward the truck rental place Advent had mentioned, the little ping of an incoming text sounded and Chloe pauses to pull her cell out of her pocket. Flipping it open, she frowns glancing at the number, it wasn't one she recognized and she knew most of the factions and her family's cell numbers by heart.

Opening the text and reading it, her face going pale at the mention of Avalon being tortured. I promised Advent I wouldn't do anything rash but if they really have Avalon, I can't ignore it either. Behind the bookstore near the explosion site in Old Tokyo in a hour.. Why there? Closing the text and glancing at the time on her cell phone, she knew the place was a good 45 minutes away from her current location unless she took a bus or flagged down a taxi.

Managing to finally flag down a taxi, Chloe slides in the backseat, sitting her labtop on the seat and leaning over to tell the driver where she was wanting to go, before leaning back as the taxi pulled away from the curb. It took a good 20 minutes, judging from the traffic and lights for the taxi to pull up to the bookstore and Chloe pulled out enough to cover both the fare and a tip for the driver before grabbing her labtop and exiting.

Glancing around, Chloe heads around the back of the bookstore and knowing she was early, finds a spot to sit down to wait...

Mizuki looked at him her ice blue eyes shimmering in the sun as she studied the slightly older male “A candy skull?” she crossed her arms pouting. “hmph...” she scolded almost as if she was insulted. Last one thing she want was anyone to know who she was considering she was used for espionage and if she was indeed known then it would cause problems if she was sent on a mission. “That is so mean! I’m not a trouble maker like those horrible skulls, I’m busy with my lessons and my studies to be in a gang.” She turned her head away flicking her short white hair slightly as she did so.

She moved her hand into her bag and brought out the last picture that was taken of her and Will holding it out so he could see. “I got adopted by the family I’m in now and I think he was sent to another home...” she caressed the boy’s cheek like she always had “The home wasn’t easy, in fact it was extremely rough... he looked after me, we because childhood sweethearts and I’ve never been able to forget him.” Her cheeks pinked as she spoke lovingly about the boy in the picture. “He did, this is the same bokken he bought me for my tenth birthday, he saved for a whole year to get me it.” Her eyes closed some tears falling from her eyes showing she was genuinely upset at losing him.

"So I got that wrong." Jayden shrugs as his eyes land on the photo the girl held out, that's.. me.. Jayden glanced away, he remembered a little about those times but things were different now, Jayden was no longer the boy she had known in that photo, "I can understand that, Moon." he didn't realize he said the nickname he had called her back than after it slipped out and hoped she hadn't caught it, "Maybe one day, you will be lucky to find him again?" he rushed trying to cover up his mistake, "So, where do you want to eat at?"

FORZ

Paying and thanking the driver, Forz quickly got out of the cigarette-smoke infested taxi, shook his coat out before putting it on, and swept into the police station, his hat attracting looks from the police sitting idly around.

Do they have nothing better to do...?

After getting directions from the receptionist, he turned a few corners and stepped straight into a room that had apparently been previously occupied by a secretary. Now, with the Hunter at the desk boring her eyes into the lowered brim of his hat, Forz walked over and pulled his ID out of the inner pockets of his coat.

"I need the information on every single Skull leader, active gang member...and the active policemen to be transferred into this." He placed the phone down onto the counter, drawing a quirked eyebrow from the Hunter.

"That's the newest mod--"

"--Yes.

She blinked at him, then quickly looked down and began sending the requested files to the phone. Not offering much of an explanation, Forz left the room and marched upstairs, one story directly above the receptionist's counter in the lobby.

"Oh, sir, your belongings came in earlier this morning! chirped a rather pale lieutenant.

So this moron was the one who booked the room for me last night.

Forz gave a curt nod, and went into the room where the lieutenant had gestured, taking only the SMG, which he holstered under his coat. "I will come back for the rest later," he muttered and he went back downstairs to retrieve his phone.

Some time later, he stood outside the headquarters, waiting for the information to load.

Mizuki closed her eyes nodding quickly “Yes you got it wrong... what a horrible thing to say to a person you just met” her voice though upset showed that she was also angry that he would say such a thing. Boy am I glad my parents made me do drama classes.’ she thought to herself, but she really did care for her dear William and wished she could see him again. She opened her eyes and studied the one she was conversing with “M-Moon?” she whispered without another thought she pounced him tears falling from her eyes “WILL!” she called out “But I have found you again, don’t try and lie to me I seen how you reacted to the picture “Anywhere you want my treat” she was crying but she was happy, after all these years she found him again and she be damned if she was going to let him go again.

The bookstore was only a few red lights away. The boy nervously spoke up. "Um...Miss Hanako? What am I doing, exactly?"

Makoto stopped at the red light and turned to face the boy. "I won't make you do anything extreme, but I just need you to help me deceive the woman I'm after. Do you have anything to protect yourself with, just in case something goes wrong?" She took out a knife and offered it to the boy, but the boy gently pushed the knife back and revealed his own.

"I'll be fine. I can do what you want me to, I've done something similar with my friends...ah, I never told you my name. You can call me Beita. My real name is a secret too." Beita snickered and grinned at Makoto.

Thieves, huh? Works for me. "Alright then." Makoto drove another block and slowly turned into the backlot of the bookstore. "Okay, Beita. Get in the trunk. That woman over there is my target, and she thinks that I'm holding her sister captive. When you hear her talk, make it sound like you're gagged and struggling to untie yourself. Kick the trunk, or whatever you can do. When she opens the trunk, attack her once, and get out of here. She won't expect it."

Beita nodded and pumped his fist in confidence. "You got it, Hanako." Beita slipped into the trunk and slid the suncover over him.

Makoto slowly approached Chloe in the SUV. She parked it several feet away from her before stepping out of the vehicle. She smiled at Chloe as she shut the door. "Hello, Chloe. It's nice seeing you again."

Jayden didn't expect Moon, as he use to call her, to suddenly pounce on him, "Yes, it's been awhile, hasn't it and my name's not Will anymore. After I was old enough to leave the system, I officially had my name changed to Jayden. I tried to find you but your records were still sealed unless I was family." He smiles lightly, "I am shocked you did not find someone else, we were only eleven back than. And you really don't need to lie to me about you being a candy, I work with the police, Moon, I think I know when someone is a skull or not."

Getting to her feet as she sees the SUV enter the lot and park a few feet away, Chloe's eyes narrow as Makoto steps out of the vehicle. "I should of guessed." she says coldly, not returning the greeting. I'm sorry, Advent but I am going to have break my promise to you and make this personal after all.
Before Makoto can make another move, Chloe launches at her, pinning Makoto to the hood of the SUV, her forearm resting on Makoto's throat, pure rage in her eyes as she holds her gaze with Makoto's.
"You broke into my flat, after I have done nothing to you. Stole files that contained information on the people, no, my family, that fucking mean everything to me. Than you take and threaten to harm my little sister, a sick child who doesn't deserve to be brought into this and on top of that, you just made me go against a promise, which the guy that I made the promise to doesn't easily forgive or forget." Chloe says, not hiding her anger.

Mizuki looked to him tears still falling in his eyes she was happy to see him it didn’t matter how he had grown all she could see was the boy she was friends with close to nine years ago “Oh you changed it? Why Will suited you so well but then again...” she looked down knowing that his parents had told him that they never wanted him “I understand and think you have chosen a name that suits your personality well.” She said keeping him hugged close to her tightly afraid if she let go the dream would end. “Of course they were sealed I was adopted so my files would have to be sealed for my safety and the protection of my adopted parents.” She pulled back slightly at what he said unable to believe the promise they made when they where kids “Of course I didn’t I promised myself to you remember silly.” She giggled “And when I make a promise I keep to it.” She said moving her arm to her eyes drying her tears “I bet my mascara and make-up is an absolute wreck, not I’m not a candy Will I have so much on my plate and even if I was do you think I would be allowed to say to a policemen.” He said grinning a little.
