Ha! Good luck with petting them, Death. Batty will hiss at you and go hide, and Shade might warm up to you after a few days, but they'd probably both cry/mewl/yowl a lot. (Just based on how they acted when I had them at my dad's house after my mom died...and they barely knew her.)

Awww...hope the babe doesn't catch it, too, Glitch! And you drink lots of juice and try to stay healthy/get healthy quick!

I...went to work today. That counts as doing something, right?
Have some chores to do when I get off work, but nothing too big because it'll probably be close to 10:30 when I get home.

(also I kinda like that your cats are loyal and independent, Kaderin. Even if that means I'm going to end up with more scratches than hugs. But since no one should be without cats for too long, I promise to return them by the end of the day)
