You get one for just playing the game and three for dying. You might have all of them if you forgot to count the first one?

Yes, "spend the rest of your life" because the rest of your life isn't terribly long at that point.

I counted it as a death actually.

Seeing that new dates still get added (Kenni *cough*), any chance the fourth achievement is from a not yet available character? Or did anyone of you guys here already get four different Smooch Quest achievements?
