My husband called me Jose today. O.O
We don't even know a Jose....and I am not even a man! I am so confused.

Also, I am hungry so I am going to eat a snack. And then go to bed.

Well, no, oatmeal and raisins are tasty. Maybe with a dash of cinnamon. :P

:O That looks super fancy.

When I make omelettes, it's usually just the "folded in half egg circle with stuff in the middle." The "stuff" being either just cheese, or leftovers from various other cooking projects.

I have never successfully made an omelette.

It's a skill you learn, apparently. My mom taught me when I was 10 or so. (She said something like, "okay, you're old enough to use the kitchen, you're gonna learn to cook things yourself.")

My girlfriend cooks all kinds of things. Very tasty stuff. But she can't do omelettes, for some reason.

Well that sounds like me, I love cooking and baking but the idea of omelettes is scary.

I need to find a better method on how to cook an omelet.

Because all I have been doing so far is...making a giant egg patty (cook one side, then flip to other side so both sides are cooked).
Dump toppings on top. Then cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
