He has medical issues, and no one can get arrested for being jobless. Its just plain stupid.

I don't understand either. I hope he can get out
sooner. Because his medical issues are something
to be considered. Since he is trying to get his job
back but them doing this he might not get it back
at all ; ; Which means he can't drive truck anymore...
And he has an appointment on the 18th for him getting
his job back but now he can't make it and today he
was to get a call for getting on unemployment but now
he won't get that anytime soon and we can't pay anymore
for our rent ; ; So who knows what is going on now ; ;

I mean, what they are doing is just wrong. Try and get the doctors involved, they should be able to put across the points of his merdical conditions.

came in the mail today he can appeal to the judge.
So I hope he can get to talk to the judge soon so
we can get him out now.

even know the judge and that will take me a long time
trying to find the right person to talk to. I might try
tomorrow to find out what is going on and who to talk

Ω Well I'm going to be filling out an application
for myself for getting benefits for my son and me.
Since Joe is out of the home, we have to cancel his
benefits program and start a whole new one up for me....
Now to call one place about getting help with my
rent for once this year and then I got that stuff
taken care of.

My new dark blue polish came in the mail and my red
hair dye also came in the mail. Now to wait for my
new panties to come in the mail and then I can finally
take a new shower ; ;. Then I gotta buy new pjs when
my disability comes in the mail next month so I can
change my pjs into something cool and nothing for
winter...

I have no idea how he is doing. I'm hoping I can talk to
him soon at least. Like maybe after he's been there a week
he can call me to tell me what is going on and if he can
get out early or not. I have no idea where he is being
kept and they tend not to want to say things like that
over the phone even to spouses.... Morons. ; ;

So I hope it can get here soon. They seem to be good about
getting things out to you on time. I just need to figure
out how to get to the store. I might try to see if my
mom can come out and take me after the begining of the
month. That would be really nice. Especially if I can get
the benefits before then, then I don't have to pay for food
out of my own pocket and I will then have more money to
have for myself for me to pay bills and I can at least
pay more for rent finally LOL.

I still can't beleive they arrested him for not having a job. Thats just, completely wrong. Well, I hope he's doing fine ;x; And the best thing is to hope that you two can get in cntact, but seriously, they should talk to you right? They can't expect to just drag someone off and not give a proper explaination for the reasons behind it.

Ω Landlord came over Saturday to tell me I have to find a new
place to live. So now I have to contact my case worker
for my assistance and see if there is anything that can
be done to help me stop this from happening. I found out
that you can't evict a disabled person so that might be
ok for me. I just have to ask for help from her. I just
hope she can talk to me tomorrow about it and see if
things can get taken care of so we can get that part done
and that is one less thing for me to worry about. I have
a number to talk to Joe at the detention center but I
have no idea if I can call and talk to him or what. I
plan on asking my case worker tomorrow about it and see
if I can just call the jail up and talk to him We need
to get him an attorney now, a public defender who will
do it for free so he can get out now and we don't have
to suffer like this. I am going nuts here.

Started using Joe's cigarettes to help calm myself since
I can't afford to buy alcohol right now. That is one thing
I plan on buying when I go shopping next month with my
mom. Hopefully she will take me... She better...
