sleeping is the only thing thus far that i managed not to get addicted to after trying.... I mean seriously, i only smoked twice in my life, and neither of them was a full cig- but i can still recall with distinction the ecstasy of nicotine flowing through my blood and lungs...

erm, i think i took that comment a little too far... also i'm physically addicted to caffeine = =

I'm on new meds though... they make me tired, but sometimes i still can't find sleep... oh well. so hows you?

I used to smoke. Terrible habit. Stopped after a year with no problems.

and yeah, only reason I even did it was because I needed a metaphor in life for that period. It helped me let go of a lot of things as well as admit a few things to myself. Other than that I don't smoke.

but you don't wanna talk about that so- try to have fun at work?

heh' batty. 3 hours is when i get lucky. my entire life i've only slept more than 5 hours about twice... and one of those times was due to passing out over exhaustion
