yeah, caffeine in large quantities is really bad on your liver, and I was drinking about...oh 10,000x the amount of caffeine you should in a day. two pots of coffee every morning, two or three starbucks, three or four MtDews a day and six or more Diet Cokes...and that was nearly every day.

How could you even have time to drink that much... I barely can get down several glasses of water and maybe at the most two or three cups of coffee... I guess it was all or nothing?

well I used to work from 2am to 1pm every day, then stay up until 7pm, so most of the coffee and Mt Dews were at work, then the Diet cokes were when I got home. YOu'd be surprised how much coffee will fit in a large mug(about half a pot)

I have a mug that holds... either 16oz or 20oz and I've been doing a cup of that, iced, and sometimes Ill drink it in the morning and sometimes I'll end up not drinking it but anyway drinking a lot means going to the bathroom a lot... and I don't like feeling dehydrated so when I get thirsty, pop and coffee are out.

Mountain dew is gross, it always weirds me out how people are obsessed with it XD. But then, everyone has different tastes I guess XD. I've been trying* to eat healthier or at least eat things with more recognizable ingredients over time... I still drink pop, but I"m trying to improve.

*trying does not generally mean succeeding
