*forms from mist, picks up espy by the neck* I believe you have something belonging to my...partner there. I would suggest dropping it, and then running rather quickly...

*leaps into the air, glides down like a bird of prey, grabs Espy by the back of her collar and pins none-too-gently to the ground*

*pulls her kodachi back, stands back up, and picks up by the scruff of the neck and turns Espy to face her, staring straight into her face*

*sits down on a nearby marble bench, pins Espy with her arm across her lap and raises the stolen kodachi, flat-side showing*

I believe that's my friend you're hurting. I understand that stealing's a crime, but this is unjustified. I suggest you release my friend before things get ugly.

Asura snarled at Funkduder, eyes bright crimson. She took her free hand holding the kodachi, flipped the blade up and jammed it straight through the staff. With a quick twist of her wrist, she split the weapon in two. Seconds later, the staff was utterly shattered beyond any use.

"How dare you address me like such in my domain? You have no say here. I will punish criminals as I see fit. There is no friendship. And if you do not like it, then I am afraid that one who does not know who he is facing is yourself."

She turned furious eyes upon Espy. "And you. Have you learned your lesson?"
