Well it's insulting to those not living in an English speaking country. Then again I don't as well. So I'm insulting myself too. I wouldn't have been able to read it if I was in grade 1. lol

In an native English speaking country no. Basically I was retarded when it came to English until 7th grade. It took long before I could keep a normal conversation.

Yes people used to assume such stupid things in the past but if someone does it today I get kinda insulted. Of course I do realize that lots of people in many countries are too lazy to learn proper English. But still...Man even poor kids in Africa gets sun driven laptops with internet these days. Honest.
